I predict that many of the women who go on strike this Wednesday will not have a job in the following morning. At least in America. These massive firings will occur mainly in right to work states where strikes result in termination, and in government jobs which employs many women. Companies and institutions can always replace them with men who these employers know will not walk out on the job for a day to make a moot point. Does anyone agree or disagree?

Disagree since companies generally give workers time off if they ask for it and if it is just a short period.

Women can take a day off unless it is a dire situation where they are actually needed to support the company.

Either way unless this protest goes and lasts for weeks not alot of women are getting fired however a few women might.

Women don’t get fired for being useless, argumentative, insane, dishonest, or pathological. They don’t get fired for creating drama, for stealing ideas, for creating chaos, or for any number of things that make modern work a living hell.
