"Mansplaining" Banned By Media Company

This is just getting more interesting by the day.

Left-wing online media giant Vox Media has just announced its new code of conduct, which includes “strong discouragement” against “microaggressions”, described by Vox as “subtle put-downs which may be unconsciously delivered.”

Vox’s code of conduct also bans “mansplaining,” a bizarre term invented by feminists to describe men who explain things to women. By that logic, the vast majority of Vox’s content, which promises to “explain the news,” must be mansplaining. No wonder they’re paranoid…

Its apparent that feminism is just the world’s biggest s~~~ test. It’s as if women all got together and started screaming at the top of their lungs “PLEASE TELL US TO SHUT THE F~~~ UP!!!!!”. A few months back, a woman I’ve known since my late teens called me up and asked for help with her website. I dropped what I was doing to assist for about 3 hours. I spent another 45 minutes composing detailed instructions (with snapshots) on what to tell her IT guy and “mansplained” that she should NOT attempt it herself.

She f~~~ing did.

The following day she wrote and began her email with “LOL I broke it! HEEELLLLLLP!!!!!!” Because she didn’t f~~~ing listen to a man. The entire thing broke and I didn’t give a s~~~. I told her to f~~~ off and stop wasting my time. Never spoke to her again since. That’s how I successfully avoid a woman being offended by “mansplaining”.

lol explain something and it’s “mansplain” and bad, don’t explain and it’s…well do they have a word for that? They’re complaining about that too but I don’t see the word for that, unless that counts as “mansplain” too.

Of course nothing about women being the primary perpetrators of “microaggression.” Actually all aggression, women openly insult men constantly, also use passive aggressive aggression, and in general seem to have nothing but bile ready at all times.

Well, such is par for the course in the West. Why do men insist on trying to support and keep this thing going? I’m GMOW and don’t really care what happens. Yes it will suck when the Muslims find me and try to behead me, but whatever, at least they’re an enemy I can go down fighting against. This policy could come back to bite these companies.

A person cannot just quit to collect unemployment. But, by the same token men know the companies they work for are about the replace them and force them to train their replacements (salt in the wound).

And these same companies are making it so easy to get fired, with these bigoted regulations. Though, these sexist regulations are not part of their contract. Breaking the rules is likely not a litigation risk in their contracts. They can be fired for these rules, but not be contractual obligated to follow these rules.

So, instead of being forced, as an final insult, to train their replacements, men should just start breaking the rules to get fired.

Go full “office space” on them and tell them how they truly feel. Their jobs are already doomed, they might as well enjoy the ride out of the building.

And after being fired, these men will collect unemployment. Which they were eventually going to have to deal with. While these companies figure out how to hire people to train their replacements, because they fired the only people that could train the replacements.

I read about “Manslpaining” a few years ago. At the time it was no more than a C~~~’s theory about how Men “don’t listen” and talk down to women and into a series of needless speeches. At the time I was in full blown Red Pill rage and needless to say the article didn’t help much.
Now they’ve gone ahead with Policy. Notice it’s a corporation implementing this. Which means it’ll sneak into society like a virus, from work place to boardroom and Men will be shut down half-track in any point he’s making.

What they class as microaggressions and subtle put-downs in the workplace are most often delivered by other women in an office enviroment.

With a bit of luck, all the men will leave and find better jobs. Leaving the women to fight it out in an all female company.

In the office I work in it is the women who are the worst and all they do is bitch and snipe at each other. One women here chats to one of her “friends” about all the crappy reality tv and soaps for ages at a time (doing no work of course) and then when she leave she can just rip her to shreds about her hair or clothes

Oh let me tell you, this flakey female bulls~~~ actually makes it’s way into business and the workplace. Check it out. On September 24 of this year a company placed 2 ads – for TWO POSITIONS – on a job board, and a recruiter wanted to send me over to them. “Sure go ahead” I said. I met with the recruiter and the first words out of his mouth after “nice to meet you” are “so what are you looking for?”.

I said “What?? YOU are looking. You called ME. The company placed an ad because they are looking. So why are you asking me what I am looking for?”. He looks at me all stunned like he never even considered that. This isn’t about what I am looking for. It’s about what YOU are looking for.

What a female thing to do. It’s like a woman placing an ad on a dating site, and then she takes the attitude that you need to “apply” for the JOB of dating her – and she doesn’t even mention salary, vacation time or benefits!

• They called me up for screening. It went well. But the woman on the other end pulls the same s~~~(!) and asks “so what kind of salary are looking for?”. Im thinking what kind of company is this? Vagina INC.????? I actually had to “mansplain” that s~~~ to her too. YOU placed an ad. You already know what the job pays. So don’t ask me what kind of salary I am looking for. My job is to give you 101 reasons why I am right for the position(s) you’re looking to fill. Your job is to give me at least one reason to want to work for you. She starts with “well, we need to know….”…. I interrupt her and say “No you don’t”. What you need to know is if I am right for the 2 positions you placed 2 ads for. My job is to present myself as suitable for the roles you’re looking to fill and to give you 101 reasons why I am…. .and your job is to give me AT LEAST ONE reason to come and work for you. Im not going to do your job for you and name the salary. That’s your job.”

I told him I don’t understand the question. I do what I do out of duty like a fireman. A fireman doesn’t run into burning buildings because he “likes” it. That’s just what he does. Sometimes I like job and sometimes I don’t. I AM PAID TO DO IT. So it’s not a question of whether or not I “like” it. NOBODY likes to get out of bed at 4AM to fix something that’s broken. A doctor doesn’t “like ” doing surgery for 18 hours straight. But they do it., because that’s their job. And that’s why they call it —— a “JOB”.
