Looks like you’re planning well, C-Pig. I was in Homestead a week after Andrew to look at the Turkey Point nuc plants. There was a lot of hincky s~~~ still going down that the MSM studiously ignored.

I’m sure you’ve filled the bathtub(s), sink(s), pots w/lids, etc. with water, have plenty of non-perishables on hand, put up the plywood, got the generator, and so forth. Knowing you’ve done all that, let’s talk about staying behind in a mandatory evacuation zone until the order is lifted.

Basically, you’re going to be a soldier in enemy occupied territory.

As you’ve noted, you’ve got to worry various LEA, the Guard, the dindus, and other various jackals. Low and slow should be your watch words, brother. So…

    – No unnecessary movement during daylight. Don’t even move your vehicles if you can.
    – If you need to move, limit how far you move in one “bound”. Watch three times as long as you move before and after you move.
    – No fires or smoke. ‘Nuff said.
    – Limit cooking odors.
    – Low or no volume with TVs and radio. Put your TV on closed caption if you must watch it.
    – Speaking of noise, run your generator sparingly if at all.
    – Complete black-out at night. If you need a light, use it in an interior room. Cover all windows with blankets and wood. Cardboard won’t work, it glows.
    – Don’t cleanup your property. Freshly chainsawed trees are a dead giveaway as are brush piles, burn pits, etc.
    – Unless you absolutely need to use your vehicles, don’t clear your driveway. It will tip off LEA and the Guard. It will also entice dindus as they don’t want to walk up to a house to loot it.
    – No sightseeing. Who gives a f~~~ what the neighborhood looks like? Recon isn’t sightseeing.

Finally, if you need to kill do so without hesitation. Don’t think, don’t even blink. Do it. Afterward, don’t worry about the body. Worry about the gun instead.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Thanks OldBill for that awesome advice. I will be in a semi-war zone.

I do have a Honda EU2000 one of the quietest generators made. One can barely hear it running off property. You and I could have a normal conversation with it running full bore right in the middle. Even then stealth is the key so I am going to run it as sparingly as possible.

As for batteries, I don’t need to buy them. I fully converted to Li ion rechargeables for everything. I don’t even plan on leaving my property. I’ve enough food for two weeks both freezer and dry goods.

The only saving grace is that this time of season one does not need to use the AC.

S~~~ like this makes you realize how precarious our little worlds really are.

Russky on the spot as usual.

CPig has some very, very nasty surprises in store for both white and black BLM looters. BLM is a domestic terrorist organization. I’m stuffing my AR and AK mags as I write this.

That being said, I recently met a fine black gentleman and former Marine who is rabid anti-BLM. He called them un-American very wise words IMHO.

Come and take it!!! BLM cowards!!!

Looting is not wise in a Castle Doctrine State. I’m just saying.

‘Black Lives Matter’ Supporters Plan Looting Sprees as Hurricane Matthew Hits

They deserve what they dish out and will be rewarded with lives that don’t matter and are void of all good things, the victims can always replace their stolen goods but the looters can’t claim their lives aren’t worth s~~~!

You got the high ground C-Pig, your riffle is your best friend, your shot gun is your muscle, and your pistol means you waited too long!

Damn straight. I’m a crack rifle shot too.

No matter what the risks are to me, Russky just justified it for me. I will shoot, and I will shoot to kill. I can’t be sued civilly on my own property defending it. Cops say to drag them into your house.

I think Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina are Castle Doctrine States. Georgia is all that matters for me.

I’m loading the AK mags with 7.62×39 Russian made hollow point. They don’t jam and are highly lethal.

F~~~ THAT! wrap them in plastic with rocks iron or bricks and toss them in your pickup and dump them in the estuary during outgoing tide, no explaining s~~~ to anyone! Your truck should be able to carry at least 4 assholes at a time without looking suspicious!

I definitely noticed the tide is running higher than normal today, and storm is 500 miles South of here. It’s hitting us at Spring tide too. I’m in a Cat 4/5 flood zone which would depend on tide. That NE wind holds the water back and pushes it inshore. Most of family is riding it out too.

@Tower: I could easily stash four BLM corpses in my truck. I’ll have loaded and chambered weapons within easy reach at all time.

@max Power: Looters are shown no mercy in the South.

good luck guys, although I’m sure your preparations are worth far more than my happy thoughts from far away.

Thanks MW. I’m 11 miles. It’s starting to get a little bit breezy.

The first rain bands are now approaching me. The eye is just off the coast from Orlando. The storm is beginning to weaken too.

Earlier tonight I was watching live coverage of Mathew on FOX News from here in Chicago. On live camera, the reporter must of s~~~ted his pants because something fell just behind him.

Worst kind of weather we get here in Chicago is tornadoes (very rare), hail, and high winds in the spring and summer and blizzards in the winter. I never once seen a tornado, and I always wanted to, just to have that experience. I don’t want to get hit by one, but I like to at least see it from a distance.

I remember being out on my bike once in a storm that spawned a tornado somewhere out of sight. I know you’re asking “what the hell were you doing out in a storm that intense.” Well, the cable and internet service wasn’t working, and the sky was warm and sunny when I left. I didn’t figure it out until I was an hour away from home and I got caught in it. Storm was very dark, very soaking, lightening shooting the ground like an angry thunder god and tornado sirens were blaring. I was scared s~~~less. It’s not the only time I was out on my bike when strong weather happened.

I saw a very dark cloud from the west side of the health club coming, and not having a car then, I had no other choice but to beat it home in a race. Tornado sirens were sounding and I was panicking and using extra strength to bike ride up a long hill. The storm just beat me home by 30 seconds. Strong wind, sudden 20 degree drop almost knocked me off my bike.

Another time I was out on my bike was the Chicago blizzard of 2011 when Chicago got 5 feet of snow in one evening. The storm was forecasted to get rough at 3:30 PM, and I left for the library to get some DVDs being snowed in at 1:15 PM. When I got there 2 hours ahead of schedule, all hell broke loose. I don’t remember snow coming down so hard. It was a foot of snow by the time I left the library and I had race home before it got any worse. Part of it I had to walk myself home. It was nuts. When I got home I was real worried about my dad, because he had to work late from his then horrible Conway job. He left at 9:00 PM, and because of the storm’s severity, he accidentally made a wrong turn and was heading towards the City of Chicago rather than heading west. I tried to shovel the driveway to clear a path for him, but everywhere I shoved it would pile back up again. I wasn’t winning that battle. The snow was up to my chest. My dad needed help from a snowplow trucker, who just happened to be there at the right time, to blow him a path from the next street to the driveway, otherwise the police will tow the car away for leaving it on the side of the road. I don’t remember seeing that much snow (chest high) pile up so fast. That was crazy. The snow was over 5 feet. My ’89 Bonneville was 100% covered. You couldn’t even an inch of it; it was fully buried.

Nature can be a real bitch sometimes.

    Hang tight there in Florida.

RE, Your snow shoveling story reminded me of the Nor’Easter of 1993 which brought similar winds that I’ll be experiencing in 14 hours. My Chad friend and I were driving around drinking in these 70 MPH winds. Smart I know.

Anyway, we’re driving through a neighborhood and this husband and wife were out raking leaves in those winds. I’m sure it was the c~~~’s brilliant idea. We laughed our asses off at them.

Hey C=Pig, don’t be surprised if Mad Matt has a second go around, it may dip back into the equatorial stream gaining strength in warmer waters, plus there’s some Nichole bitch coming up behind him, that could spell a deflect or if she gets under his b~~~~ a dosey doe where two low pressures join forces. who knows 1000 to 1 odds.

With those odds and my luck I better finish the locking mechanism on my custom vaulted 600 lb. bullet proof R20+ garage doors. Those things flapping around in a hurricane will do unimaginable damage!

Hell Tower, Mad Matt just might decide to come up to your neck of the woods after he finishes his loops. I love your nickname though.

What’s the word down there?? What’s Matthew doing?

I’m further inland (Hugo kicked our asses – no power for weeks) and my son goes to school in the SC lowcountry, so he is home.

Love the M-1! I have a match grade version AND my uncle’s bayonet from IWO/Guadalcanal.

Stay strong and hope all goes well. Charleston floods easily just from a bad thunderstorm.
