Guys i have not had a gym membership for well over a year now, i got my multi station and weights at home and i train here.

Weight gain might have been muscle mass, usually first year of weight training is the most productive natural lifter gain between 10 15 pounds of natural muscle after that its over LOL.

I try to find various training on youtube, and post them here its all free.

There are tones of workouts on the internet bodyweight and more that you can do at home at least keep moving.

I can’t do it. Without meat, its’ like my body temperature drops. I can feel full on eggs and other healthy food, but there is something about my body that NEEDS chicken, turkey, steak, red meat. Maybe its bulls~~~, but I get “chilly” (cold) easily when I don’t eat meat.

I can answer that for you. That is the first sign of low blood sugar. You might also experience tremors. The lack of proteins (meat) means you are metabolizing your energy reserves which are lowering your overall sugars.

What i hate with lots of diet is that they say calories don’t mater, and on plans you can eat all you want but that is not true.

If i am to go vegan and eat 3000 calories per day i will gain weight for sure. Same as on low carb where you can eat all you want has long has its carb free. Etc

that study is awful, the nutrients are empty calories a part from the small hand full of veggies eaten and is protein shake.

But he was able to lose 27 pounds in 2 months following a diet like this.

There is also a similar study about a women eating 1400 calories of McDonald each day and losing tone of weight.

If you eat a certain way and find out its not for you then by all means change it, i was on keto and found out very quickly that with my training regiment and all it was not for me even if all those amazing studies about ketosis make sens.

So far on vegan i am doing fine but if i start feeling sick, lack of energy or anything else i am gonna drop that diet and try something new.

Happy for you on your switch to a plant based diet. Been veggie 3 years now lost 35lbs and won’t go back. Everything got better for me. Once you emerge totally into plant based you will also feel a sense of the ethical and environmental issues that you choose not to be a part of. Good luck bro. Fill your plate with color ??

    Peace is > piece.

Try eating within 8 hour windows and fasting the remaining 16 hours. I lost quite a bit of fat doing this and have managed to maintain it while eating 2500-3000 calories a day. In the past i put myself through near starvation and only lost muscle.

I disagree with olive oil not being healthy. There is a lot of evidence extra virgin olive oil good for the heart and brain, although i don’t cook with it. I have four teaspoons a day, usually as topping.

Yes this is the best window, did that and cut calories a bit drop from 243 to 225 not bad.

I also did 44h fast and 40h fast, but its useless it drains you more then it benefits. The best plan 8 hours to eat and 16h fasted quit easy also to stick too.

I cook with extra virgin coconut oil also got some MCT oil left take 1 table spoon per day and i have some avocado oil that i put into my veggy cream.

Quinoa is a super food, easy to prep and cook, stores cooked for a long time, easy to re-heat and it’s a protein that’s high in fiber. It’s the perfect man-food despite having a stupid name.
