Female tenants have offered up sex for rent and everything else for centuries because that is all a lot of them have. The heart of the issue is that some men will take the offer at face value and not at the total future cost.
Contrary to the porn fantasy of this scenario, this is no deal worth investing in.
If women have enough money to socialize (to put it politely) and to buy a myriad of frivolous trinkets, they should also have enough money to pay their own way in life.

I can’t believe these bitches moan and complain about this. So let’s see, you get FREE room and board and all you have to do is have sex with ONE man? That’s a much better deal than having to earn it being a prostitute sleeping with dozens of men for the money to actually pay your OWN DAMNED RENT! You’re not FORCED to do it.
