Chill until spring next year. Will take a bit of time but the pipeline will start backup once trump gets paperwork signed.

Going to be a bit of an economy lag for 6 months or so.

Be patient since you can. Good time to study and read up on additional knowledge base items.

Take in some peace and serenity time with your father. I did this and the memories we shared will last me a lifetime.

Plenty of time for productive work in the near future.

    Good luck

    Peace brothers

seriously take some time to enjoy yourself when you can, between jobs, during summer break while at school or right after school, etc. At least this is the advice I give people.

Generally, if you’re “successful”, it’s pretty much non-stop working or schooling, then working from when you’re 18 until you retire in your 60s. Your vacation time is requested to the company you’re working for and will fit around their schedule. If they’re busy in March, you’re not taking off in March. If you want to take off of work for 1 month to road trip across europe, guess what? Your company can’t afford to let you be gone that long. They’ll give you 1 week. etc etc.

Keep looking for decent work, but also take time to relax and have fun.

I would talk with your father and explain to him, if necessary, the entire situation. If moving to another location is worth it financially to pay for the move I would seriously consider it. On the other hand the job your are moving for might not last either. Keep an eye on the oil market, If you see it going up start looking for jobs you can do.

If the oil market is really depressed you might really consider taking one of the available jobs. Learn a new skill, make yourself valuable, do something different. I repeat, talk to your father.

I’d take whatever knowledge you have and start a business, or at least a side gig. If you do side gigs for cash you don’t have to report them and you can still collect unemployment. If you start a business you can give a big “F~~~ You” to all the ungrateful employers out there and be your own boss.
