My wife has them. They look and feel fake. She thinks nobody knows, lol, they’re the ones with enough class not to say anything.

Agree with all of the above and would add I noticed a real change in personality afer. Women with small boobs aren’t prepared for the extra attention they get. She’s also worn some pretty outrageous outfits going out. they look ok for now, but any woman over 40-45 just looks stupid with them like a tranny.

My objections were the long term risks, having them removed, and our daughter’s self image. Those objections meant nothing.

As for penis enlargement, you may not get off but I always do. Better luck next time.
