Is “virtue signaling” a “hate crime” and an act of bigotry?

One of the more immature actions SJW commit are the actions of “virtue signaling”.

The act of “virtue signalling” is intent to do three things at once.

1. To verbally tear down, insult, and attempt to censor a group the person doing the insulting disagrees with. These insults are usually done without provocation by the group the person is insulting.

2. By the person insulting one group, the person is attempt to elevate and compliment another group whom the person agrees with.

3. By the person insulting one group the person disagree and attempting to compliment another group, the person is trying to look better in the eyes of other people, including the group the person is complimenting.

To show hate and insult towards one group as a away to show support another group appears to be bigotry. So, the concept of “virtue signalling” looks like an act bigotry. And since the act of “virtue signalling” is intent to harm a group by way of attempting to insult and censor that group’s believes based solely on disagreeing with those believes means committing the act of “virtue signalling” is a “hate crime”.

With SJW’s, there is a hierarchy of groups:

Muslims trump Transgender. Transgenders trump Gays/Lesbians. Gays/Lesbians trump Feminists. Feminists trump Non-whites. Non-whites trump whites.

According the SJW logic, its only bigotry if expressed upwards in the hierarchy.

So its bigotry if Feminists trash Gays, but not bigotry if Muslims or Transgenders do it.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. I first heard the term “virtue signalling” maybe 6(?) months ago and I don’t think I really know what it means. I’m also not sure THEY know what it means. Like feminists don’t seem to know what “feminism” means.

I understand “virtue signalling” to mean holding a piece of s~~~ as an example of “s~~~”, and then talking about how awful it is ( even if I have to make it up ) to try and make myself “look like a better person”. I don’t even know if that’s a good definition, but I also don’t care.

There are all kinds off stupid SJW terms and keywords floating around, and I have found the best way to deal with them is to play completely obtuse like they made the word up…. like to ask them if they can break a $10 bill. They never can.

I believe it’s hocus-pocus nonsense like “homophobia” – you know when gays and lesbians use that word, they look utterly foolish. Same with “transphobia” etc.

A “phobia” is FEAR of some kind. But if you see a piece of dog s~~~ in the street, and you’re not remotely interested in picking it up, talking to it, or playing with it….. does that mean you’re “afraid” of it? Not remotely. You’re just NOT INTERESTED.

More importantly, gays actually make enormous overtures and fanfares about “coming out” – as if that’s some kind of personal struggle that takes years or even decades – and they “fear” it themselves, even in modern society that embraces, celebrates, lauds and rewards it.

So THEY are actually more “homophobic” than anyone else! They aren’t talking about other people. They are talking about themselves and protecting their own issues, issues, issues, on everyone else.

Keymaster, I see where you are coming from. You see “hate crime” as a philosophical debate on how can one person know another person’s heart, thoughts, opinions, emotions. I understand.

I was looking at “hate crime” in a legal point of view. In that SJW deserve a taste of their own medicine.

The one point I disagree with in your previous post. I have no problem with two men kissing in public. A affectionate simple, quick kiss is a simple kiss.

Though, I believe that two people going full deep tongue kissing should be reserved for private, no matter which genders the two people are.

Once I had to remove aftermarket tint to get a sticker, first the film peels off and leaves every bit of the adhisive behind! I found the best thing to remove the glue is wood grain and vinyl spray sticker remover and a straight edge razor blade. Gasoline too but that’s too dangerous!

Virtue signaling is used by leftist to outwardly express their self presumed moral, high ground.

I used to work for a funeral home, and while working services I saw this happen so often.

People would take a service meant to honor the their lost loved ones, and they would pull out their phone, and find some form of social media to make it about themselves.
