Interesting Article: MGTOW in The Church

This article was written in 2006. I think it’s pretty interesting to see where things were at this point and notice how they have progressed. It looks like MGTOW is being discussed more in the Church, and there are some Christians who have stepped up to defend it. Here’s a cool article which bluntly outlines to Christian women why men are no longer pursuing them as much:

About the time a leader in my church mentions this phenomenon of men not pursuing women anymore in my church, I will put on a small smile and know that my absence is being felt. Hopefully, future generations of men will be saved from at least some of the destruction occurring today because of the conscious decision of men to step back.

I would never actually tell anyone from my church that I’m MGTOW unless they were displaying some serious red-pill knowledge and I trusted them. I would be terrified if word got out about my MGTOW status. The leaders’ wives would probably try to shame me into submission.

Not sure where they find these churches with tons of single women. The one I’m attending is full of married couples and old people. I’m one of the only few people between 20 and 50 who’s single there. The only hot girls there are underage. As soon as they ship off to colleges – they’re never coming back (unless they marry a guy who attends church – then they tag along)

Not too many people know this but in the old days (1920s-1960s) if you went to church and you were a single man with no wife, you were ridiculed and accused of being a “sodomite” (Gay).

Yeah, I see what you mean. The people who see a single-hood trend in the church seem to be those people who are exposed to a multitude of different churches. My church has a lot of single guys, but I don’t know all that many single girls here. The dudes here are AWESOME, though.

My church is one of the very few places I can witness actual happy marriages. Not all of them are like that, of course, but it’s nice to see some guys here and there who are legitimately happy in their marriages, at least for now…

Might explain why a MGTOW relative didn’t spend alot of time at church. Who would want to be there and have to listen to that garbage.

Nice link. I’m not particularly religious, but was raised in the church and it’s nice to see my decision to leave was probably the right one.

I had to listen to my devoutly religious neighbor through the thin walls sobbing that “you don’t love me” to his wife.

One of the things I like about my church is that even though there is a decent sum of gynocentrism, most of it comes from female leaders who are still usually nice, while most of the male leaders actually try to be fair.

Please: word of advice gentleman: Let’s not forget tradition and chivalry.

She wants tradition and chivalry from men still? That’s nice…I’d like a traditional woman…not one who admits to being a whore in her profile but wants to hop off the carousel and settle down now that she’s ready. These women just don’t get it. They want to rewrite the traditional rules women of past generations lived by and demand men still live by the traditional male rules, exactly how the author describes. No f~~~ing thanks skanks…enjoy the carousel while it lasts, I’ll have nothing to do with you afterwards.

The biggest slut I knew in my high school days went to Catholic school and wore a gold cross necklace all the time. She was on the hunt for a rich guy at 16 lol. Unfortunately for her she’s fat now, looks like s~~~ from way too much fake tanning, has a joke degree from an over priced college so unless her parents paid for it she’s hosed financially, and still unwed at 30. But hey…she still attends church…she must be a good girl, right?

You’re welcome, man. Just figured I’d show that, despite what the mainstream church says, there are still Christian leaders out there who aren’t total white-knights.

In fact, I remember a time when some of the girls in my church wanted the youth pastor’s permission to wear some immodest (attention-seeking) clothing at a church event in the name of “comfort”. My youth pastor shot them down with a very amused expression on his face. I think he knew exactly why they wanted to wear those bikinis…

Heh. Sadly, you are correct to a large degree. The female leaders can definitely get away with treating the young men a lot worse than the male leaders treat the girls, except for a few times when I’ve seen our youth pastor do some pretty funny stuff.

On the flip side, though, the female leaders do a lot of good work for the church. I can respect their work, but there are a lot of times I wish we had more male leaders. The biggest problem is that not enough male leaders volunteer for leadership to offset the female mindset of the women leaders…

It’s important to point out every time this comes up, that churches do not practice Christianity. They do not have any moral authority whatsoever.

They practice a new religion, the worship of the female as a deity instead. Those clergy are going to be the first pulled into hell, with their female followers most likely right behind them.
