I'm sexist because I'm MGTOW?

Alright, I was browsing MGTOW forums at my job, and HR happens to walk past my cubicle as I’m reading a post. My boss (woman) asks me what MGTOW is. I gave her the redacted version. “MGTOW is for Men that are focused on leading a quality life based on doing what they choose serves their best interest”. She simply nodded and continued walking down the cubicles.

2 Hours later I get called into her office. She tells me how she was “brushing up” and reading into MGTOW, and how she found it, and I quote, “absolutely repulsive and sexist”. She said MGTOW is a cult for “weak and needy men who cant get laid, that created a self-defense mechanism of “f~~~ women” because they had no success in acquiring them”

I responded with “you are the textbook example of why Men choose to go their own way”. She went f~~~ing ballistic, she started calling me a sexist male chauvanist, and began accusing me of being sexist with her and discrimination and yada yada yada.

Fast forward to the present day, I receive a formal complaint via email from HR about this being a “discrimination free workplace” and how I’m being given a warning for “INSUBORDINATION”.

The second I read that, I gave her a funeral style card saying “Im sorry for your loss” on the front. Inside it said: “Since you can’t recognize the value I provide, maybe your competetion will. Consider this my 2 weeks notice”

I made sure she saw me filling out the application for their competitors on my break, using their computer to do so. She said I could not apply for them on “the clock”, so I asked her to check the time of my lunch break and just smiled as I input the final details of my resume. I also printed a copy of my resume, for the sole purpose of them seeing it being printed, because our printer is in the HR office.

Think that is a perfect example of why you use any number of different explanations. Was well handled at least, even though she couldn’t handle the truth.

Some places it is best to ghost that s~~~. Also, better believe she will pass on her “he’s a sexist, chauvinist, blah blah bunch of BS to the other company HR departments, (which I believe is illegal for her to do so). Think they can only verify dates of employment and maybe other basic information. So best be prepared to research that some.

Hope that someday I may lead others the path I have learned. As Virgil led Dante through Hell.

No it is perfectly legal for a compnay to give you a bad referenc or decline to provide one.

Companies are a holes I remember one place I worked wanted ultra detailed references from 3 employers then when I moved on on good terms the cnts had a policy of only confirming dates worked.

I was always 120% of target minimum 100% of target but they changed the coms structure to what they called monthly recurring revenue so as in January you earnt £2,000 in commission you didn’t get paid that next month they divided the 2,000 by 12 and dripped it in every month so if you left before another 12 months then you lose out on a lot of comms.

Fcuking big company as well with HQ in Chicago turnover in excess of $1billion so they could afford to pay-quickest way to lose your sales team is to fcuk with their comms and try to not pay it-a’holes.

A’holes about 20 people walked within 3 days -I lasted another month and walked.

In reality, the one male in that office aside from myself is my other boss, and he is their lap dog, he does exactly what hes told by his superiors that consists of all women, and tries extra hard to score brownie points, so it’s valid. He probably wouldve also done some stupid s~~~ as well.

I never mention MGTOW, but speak on him regarding red pill truths. Learned from my mistakes, now It’s time to adapt, and not repeat them.
