Arm myself to the teeth with plenty of guns and ammo. With WW3 on the brink, s~~~ is about to change in a major way. It won’t matter how much gold or silver you have when the economy collapses. When others see that you aren’t struggling as bad as they are, they will come for your gold and silver. Give them lead instead!

I was thinking the same thing before I even opened this thread! I think my priority would be ammo, rice and toilet paper…:D

    Slay debt!

This and save whatever I have left over while smiling.

I’m debt-free so I just add it to the rest of my savings account. Boring answer I know but until I need to replace something or get something I really want, I will just add to my savings most fortnights.

$1500.00 for myself to “blow” so I cant ever say ” should’ve bought” later.
The rest on paying debts, primarily mortgage/LoC.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

i would buy tools… they are both a pleasure and an investment…

i will echo the sentiment that debt, precious metals, food, and ammo are safe bets…

I wouldn’t treat a windfall any different than I would if it was money I earned from working overtime…it would go right straight into my investment account moving me that much closer to the best thing money can buy…financial independence.

I’d keep it a secret and hide it. I’d request the money in cash so the IRS won’t know about it. Then I’d use it for basic stuff: groceries, movie tickets, toiletries, etc.

My paychecks would be used for bills and paying off debt. When my debt is paid off, I’d make larger contributions to my 401(k) plan while still spending the remainder of my stash of cash on basic stuff.

I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)
