Do people really believe this s~~~? I had a date recently, a 58 year old woman, tell me that you have to get married as a virgin to have a decent chance of making it to a long term marriage.

I have my doubts now that even a virgin woman in the west will reduce the chance of divorce by any appreciable amount. She can still be a virgin, but all the indoctrination in the education system and society must nullify any possible reduction in divorce being a virgin grants. I recently met a man who isn’t married to his kid’s mom. The kid is about 5 and the man isn’t sure the kid is his. He isn’t from my state and got stuck here when the baby mama got pregnant and put his name on the birth certificate. When I was in college I dated a girl for four years. She was a virgin, and I had only had sex with one other girl. I was going to ask her to marry me once I was done with my Masters degree. I actually felt guilty that I’d slept with someone else. The power of the blue pill I suppose.

In my experience. Just like sex, late in life care is best outsourced to strangers that are paid to take care of you. I know a number of older men who went this route. It can cost you your house but that’s the price of being taken care of it seems.

The phrase I’ve heard from women in their 50’s that are single and trying to date is that men that age are only looking for a “nurse with a purse”. Someone to take care of them and expect them to have their own money. I don’t know what the hell that makes me. As far as the nurse part goes, I can take care of myself just fine. As for the purse part, well yeah Judy I do expect you have some level of fiscal responsibility. I’m not sure if the guys they date don’t have any money or if men in their 50’s just don’t want a leech attached to them.

But yeah I’m sure you’re right, they don’t want to have to take care of someone. Although to be fair, I don’t want to get involved with someone at my age that needs me to take care of them either.

The deal used to be trading the best years of each others’ lives, the points where they were worth the most. For awhile men settled for “just don’t be a bitch.” Now even that is off the table.

They won’t help out, ever. Not with chores, not with cooking, cleaning, or even just basic companionship and camaraderie. They refuse to give you kids unless they personally and financially benefit. Even if you get kids they probably won’t let you see them. And if you do see them, you’re going to pay through the nose to do it while having a state-provided visitation supervisor micromanaging your ever microaggression. And even then, there’s at least a 30% chance the kid isn’t even yours and you won’t find out until they’re 18-25.
