I need to go on a real vacation, go somewhere, do something.

A cruise seems so blue pill.

What have you done? Where did you go?

You’re right about the cruise. I’ve never been on one but I’ve heard about them and it seems like it would be blue pill Hades.

I recommend a good long hunting trip. Either out west (elk) or anywhere in the south (deer). There are clubs you can join that have lodges and all the equipment so all you need to do is show up rifle in hand. I’m sort of lucky in that I have a deer stand on my property so I just go an sit and watch the clouds go by—until a deer shows up.

A working sailing trip is always a good adventure,
you won’t find any blue pillers on board either.

A working sailing trip is always a good adventure,

I’m a land lubber myself. I would suggest an extended (ahem) camping trip. By this I mean a trip that gets you away from people, in touch with nature, but has a flush toilet and a refrigerator.

I would recommend getting an appropriate license, renting a small RV. Buying a case of scotch and pork and beans and finding a park and hiding out for a few weeks.

The winter is coming up and I’m sure that some of the more temperate states have fewer guests than they do in the spring and summer.

I guess it depnds what you want out out of your trip.Last year during my Mgtow realization. I went on a cruise. I had fun i needed to get away. Was the first time I went some where for Myself. All the people Lie about who they are. Everyone is a big shot in their life. I enjoyed the food the entertainment. I met a few people, a couple of women.

All the women are disasters. A few of them i hear from this year who wre such unicorns are just like every other woman. AWALT. Did i have fun. Definalty and I am going on another cruise.

I like one adventuress/relaxing vacation and one working/ seeing the world moving vacation a year.

Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in awhile, you could miss it.

I’ve gone on cruises and flown to far away places but most of all I like skiing deep and steep! Skiing prime conditions is an adventure with epic moments all rolled up in one!

Look MOM! I’m dropping big airs! I’m flying without wings!

I haven’t been on vacation for about 12 years. I did see going to Graspop Metal Meeting for a weekend as vacation, though, so I’d narrow that down to “haven’t been on vacation for 8 years”.

Ahhh, metal festivals… lots of beer, great music, fantastic people, s~~~ty food, camping with friends, staying up ’til 4 am and sweating out of your tent at 8 and not even having a hangover because you sweat all the alcohol out. Magnificent.

Same here; I haven’t been on a vacation for way over a decade; I don’t even remember. When I have some free time I just do a bit of hiking because I have rural land near me. I have some friends who took a driving vacation through several national parks in Wyoming and Montana and also the Dakotas and they really enjoyed it. They liked it enough so they went again within a year. They visited Devil’s Tower and places like that and visited a vintage town where you dress up like an old western character for the day and play the part. They also went to something called the Buffalo Roundup and thought that was really interesting. These places were more of a summer vacation because as far as I know many of them close fairly early for the season. They said the scenery was magnificent.

I took a month tour in India and Nepal with a Buddhist Pilgrims group. I’m not Buddhist. Not real expensive.

    Epic experience .

    Adult & Singles Vacations

    What they say:

We get it. Not everyone wants to spend their hard-earned vacation with somebody else’s kids (or maybe even your own). And while many O.A.R.S. trips are great for families, our adult-only and solo traveler trips feature designated rafting and multi-sport departure dates for “big kids” only.

The last really good vacation I’ve had was when I drove my car through a few western states in the USA. I drove through Kansas, South Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California. I recommend seeing Mt. Rushmore, The Devil’s Tower, and the Grand Canyon. Even the dry river beds in Arizona were a thrill to see. There’s so much vast, virgin land in the USA! It’s beautiful. And when you get away from these noisy, smoggy cities, you can really get a good look at the stars at night. Being in the open land gives me a peaceful feeling. The mountains, the valleys, the pairies, the farms, the wild animals, the sunrises and sunsets, the lazy moments in small town cafes—all this stuff gets my mind off of my petty personal problems. If you ever get a chance to take a long road trip, I highly recommend it.

What have you done? Where did you go?

My favorite vacation was getting in my car with no razor, no map and no plan. I packed 2 pairs of jeans. Like 10 t-shirts. Some socks. The boots I was wearing. One sweater. One credit card. The phone was OFF in the trunk, and I took off down the open road with 80’s Journey and Foreigner blasting on the radio.

    Stopped when I wanted … for as long as I wanted…. slept when I wanted…. ate when I wanted…. did whatever I wanted…..

It was unparalleled. Because for the first time ever, I didn’t *NEED* to be somewhere.

I have travelled the out back and best town i ever liked was dirranbandi.back when i was in my early thirties. When out there the cop only came into town once a week.Stars like you have never seen. There is a caravan park there and there were alot of elderly people that would get together that were travellers and would have get togethers and a bon fire. The pub was the center of town where on one side was whites and other side was abbo’s. But it didn’t matter if any one went on to each others side.C~~~ies (station owners )had there own table .Every one talks to each other so don’t get the wrong impression.A lot of abbo’s worked on the stations.Very friendly small out back town.Aviod bigger town ships like Moree and others.I lived on a river bank with an abbo for 6 months.first 2 months very hard.Use to hang old carcass of a tree over the river so maggots dropped in water with a big basket made from sticks underneath. Out there you will never see as many stars in your life.Best out back town i had ever been in.If you can afford a camper van and travel out there you would never forget it.As i said bigger out back towns avoid. Some times you will even get the odd crop duster pilot swoop you.It is a place of men and welcoming .In out back pubs are the center where you go to get a job or to get to know people.Dirranbandi look it up jan.

    Angel’s landing Zion Utah

3 foot wide path sheer drop on both sides 1500 feet. There is a chain anchored to the rocks, and a ladder bolted to the cliff. The view is incredible

We are in a digital age where people are glued to their devices or their adventure involves instant gratification ‘all eyes on me selfies’.

You can however use this to your advantage… If there is something worthwhile nearby, chances are someone has posted photos or videos about it.

If you like outdoor recreation, try find somewhere that looks worth the drive, or somewhere you can mix a few hobbies together, be it surfing, fishing, camping, biking, hiking etc…

If you dont have an activity of choice, pack a good book, and good camp gear and practice some good ole bush cooking. Or better yet find something that you enjoyed in your past or think would fit into your life style and find ways to make the adventure of learning new ways to have fun.

Options are endless, take a roadtrip solo or with someone riding shotgun, utilize what is already available, just go!

The woods is always good for a mans soul . Its cheap and easy to find and quiet . rarely do you hear a female voice in the woods . Fishing , hunting , sleeping on some leaves with no worries . better then hearing the shriek of a women at a wall mart .
