Thanks man, I still got the Miami Vice style RayBan shades from the 80’s too. I often find myself just staring out to sea…seems pretty damn real to me after the bulls~~~ I’ve been through.

One of the things that threw my ex GF for a loop, as she put it, was when I quit my job and started my own business. I guess she thought I was supposed to ask permission first. When we first started dating I got her a promise ring. I promised I would NEVER marry her. I guess she didn’t understand that I meant it literally as well as metaphorically. Now that I’m gone, I wonder if she looks at that ring and realizes that those memories are just that…memories. She threw it all away, and there are reminders of me all over that house of hers. I brought no memories of her with me. I don’t ask permission to spend my own money. I haven’t done that since my second divorce.

I just popped out to buy some beers from the supermarket, and while I was there a 50-ish couple were in the same aisle as me. She wanted to go and get something from another aisle, and I heard him say “shall I wait here?“. He was asking for permission about where to wait for her. I wish he’d inverted ‘shall’ and ‘I’, and said “I shall wait here“. That would have completely reversed the power dynamic established between them.
Can’t even imagine having to check with someone before spending my own hard earned money.
Especially when she doesn’t have to check with you before she spends your hard earned money. Remember: telling a woman to control her spending is a form of domestic abuse. I wish I was making this up.
But remember not telling her you spent your own money is also domestic violence. Also staring is also domestic violence along with s~~~ posting about her.

From my experience, much of that ‘ask the wife’ stuff wasn’t so much about submitting to authority as it was trying to get the wife to get spending under control by ‘practice what you preach’. It wasn’t so much that I wanted her opinion, but I wanted to demonstrate what I wanted her to do for me. I also wanted to gauge her interest in what I wanted to buy.
As far as what I could and couldn’t do with my time, for me at least, it was about checking to see what the schedule was. With all the kids activities, I could never keep track of where I needed to be and where, and was finally with letting her run the schedule. To be perfectly honest, she still does that for me to an extent, although she generally hears about the kids stuff before I do. She actually handed me a calendar with all the stuff that’s going on over the next two months….makes my life a little easier.
Ok. Then do it.
to young men reading these threads and wondering if mgtow is for you:
When you are born, there is probably a nurse there to watch over you in the nursery for a day or two until you can go home. You being a newborn, she’ll be making your decisions for you (when you eat, when you sleep, when you get your shots.. etc). Then you’ll go home with mom, and she’ll be making even more of your decisions for you (eating sleeping, talking, diet, vocabulary, schedule, etc).
After several years, you’ll head off to school, where a female teacher will be making more decisions for you. She decides what you read, what you learn, weather your behavior is acceptable, or requires medication to manage…etc. That used to last until the end of high school, but now colleges are gynocentric and what you can say and do are under more and more control of women. Your opinions can only be based on what you know (from learning or experience) and women are making great strides to control both.
When you get out of college, you’ll probably get a job working somewhere for a paycheck. T?he government will confiscate a significant part of that paycheck which they will spend on projects for ‘the common good’, but realistically, women get much or of the benefit of government spending than men do. You can do whatever you want with what’s left of your paycheck…unless you get married.
Once married, you will still work, and still get a paycheck. But it will then be your wife making decisions about how that money gets spent. So, she will choose by elimination which hobbies, vacations, cars, toys, entertainment you spend that money on. Of course, she will also be deciding, when, if and how often you get sex.
Since women tend to live longer than men, if you outlive your wife, you will likely be so old by that time that you will find yourself in a nursing home… where a female nurse will be deciding what you eat, what your ‘activities’ will be, when your ‘visiting hours’ are… etc… until you are dead.
If you re-read this carefully, you will see that there is a relatively narrow window of opportunity for a man to carve out any control over his life free of the influence, demands or control of women. Just at that point between the end of your education and the start of your marriage, you have a very brief opportunity to earn your own money, and control the majority of it (assuming you live in a place where the government is still confiscating less than 50% of your earnings).
In that brief window somewhere in your 20s, you have the option to assume control of your own life without anyone robbing you of 50% of your assets for exercising that option. This mid 20S era was once the average age for men getting married. That age is being pushed back further and further as men start to realize that this window is narrow and brief and fragile. It can be closed forever in the time it takes for a condom to break…literally the blink of an eye. To maintain and extend it requires a steady focus and a clear head.
If you ever want to have even a brief period of control over your own life, money, time, energy, then navigate toward that window. Get an education, a job and paycheck in that order. Then spit out the bait and stop accepting the control that women will otherwise impose on you for your entire life, if you let them.
You will learn to say “NO”, or all control over your life will be taken from you. Those are the options that remain. The rest have been eliminated for you before you ever arrived at the decision.
Choose wisely…

It’s annoying sometimes when the other hunters on my lease bring their girlfriends or wives. I joined the lease to get away from that s~~~. Granted, some of the women are ok or even a bit entertaining but not all. Some are annoying as f~~~ and I hate being near them. Now, I’m on the lease by myself or just with my sons so no problem.
