I am sitting here and wondering, what’s the like hood of this profession to get wiped out due to automation? Although they do point out that HR requires complex social skills, therefore very unlikely to get automated, but….if the workforce will be replaced by robots and/or AI then who will HR be hiring? Robots??

to answer your OP. The current modis operandi of PC corporate America is to employ airhead Princesses fresh out of college Leftist Indoctrination $chool. Once the tickbox quota kunts get hired, the company can say, “see!? we’re Woke!” So this definitely includes hiring airbox Gash with an SJW Degree (females studies malarkey) to sit-in as an HR Lead. All this AI talk, and robots changing oil someday, is mostly is HOT AIR getting blown out the ass of dumbfvcks with no practical idea of how industrial production works. So called “AI” is a vast exaggeration from what we could ever build. A HAL9000 is not real. Consciousness as we know it, is the product of electrochemical processes in organic tissue, not billions of light-signals bounced around on fiberoptics. WE TELL machines what to do, they dont think on their own. Real AI will hardly be approachable even centuries from now, and will never be a threat to anything. For example. There will never be solely autonomous robots that can mine and refine their own metals and build their own armies, such is the imagination of sci-fi writers, not 22nd Century Earth. Could it happen someday, yes, but many centuries from now. We lack the brilliance to truly create REAL Artificial Intelligence. That term is bandied about to provoke emotional, awe-inspiring support. Its a buzz word.

Honestly, at this point I’d rather have AI take over, than C~~~ takeover. At least it would be a “fair” battlefield out there. F~~~ em and f~~~ it all.

Fully computerised interactive tests are already part of many companies selection process. You don’t even get to interview if the computer says no.

It’s easy to slant tests to make sure that only the ‘right’ people get through.

We lack the brilliance to truly create REAL Artificial Intelligence.

My research was AI in medical informatics. AI will replace doctors and they’ll be better outcomes because computers make less errors like clerical and computational errors. It is already saving lives in patient follow-up and tracking.

About A.I. of Human resources needing to be smart. No . Not at all.

The only real reason why they are there is to take care of Child support bulls~~~ and other crap that employers don’t want to deal with. That is the Government red tape that they have to deal with. Most of that is already automated if you look into things like Quick Books etc.

In fact most of the medical field is already automated. But they put in the need for people so that some clown has a job. I did EMR software for a job for a while. Most of it is ALL bulls~~~ make work crap.

See, at first its just going to be normal things like cooking, cleaning washing etc.

So when the home dolls start going? Well, the thing is Replica A.I. is already really good after some time. But.. The thing is.. Its going to be a synergy type of automation. How? Well, just like they model people in real life in order to copy the movements of real humans, same thing is going to happen with the home models. Its actually not that hard to to make a great lover bot. There are only about 100 routines that need to be programed in. And most of them are easy.

Its not like women on the average act their best ever. So you won’t really know.

Now, like I said, I am Banking on women all over the world wanting to play sex games? So if they do, then they can play along with you at home. Kind of like a phone call in real time but with actions. See, its the speech that is going to be modeled from normal women. In fact, we have Millions of hours of Porn from all over we can model and just import. EASY PEASY!

Again, the problems are NOT hard to solve. We can do that easy. Are they going to be smart? no.. Not at all. So just like regular women. So YOU won’t notice mang! 🙂 In fact having a dumb women is not a bad thing. Its a plus to realism! LOL!

Again if we really just wanted to replace women, then we would just make replicants and base their DNA on synthetic RNDA. They would also be able to have children as well. So no big deal. Does that mean a new strain of human? Yes it does.

In fact, all of this is possible now. The argument about it being humane goes out the window with how they treat abortions. The thing is, we still have the gestation period of a human. So, you still have 16-18 year maturity cycle.

You can in fact use some DNA modeling in order to make a synthetic brain in faster then real time, and then transfer that to a something akin to what they use for Bitcoin miners that just made to do that function.

The main server or unit can be in your home and would be basically be a very Fast computer with ASIC logic that would be able to compute things on the fly. However, it would link up to the main servers if new problems or questions or actions to a new situation are needed.

However, I can not stress this enough, most of what it would be doing would be simple things that a typical High end PC could do.

If you think about it, If you wanted your doll to walk, that would be harder then just having a wheel base for it to stroll around on in the home. If your home already had handicap ADA compliant hardware and layout in your home, then this would be no problem.

And I hate to break this to you, but you don’t need it to be all that smart. Just nice. Nice is easy to program for. And It should not be that hard to to simulate just 100 different situations. If you want more, you can buy more just like Apps from the playstore or Itunes store today.

The thing is you will have to have a home that is made for it. Since most homes are pretty much the same these days, it would be easy to do. Floorplans and so much more are already digitized. So mapping that would be easy. Anything else just requires Ir sensors, and proximity sensors. Thats easy. Combine that with Visual 3d mapping, and you got it in the bag.

Darpa has been doing this for a LONG time! So we have about 20 plus years of data on how to do this.

Most of what women do to excite men in bed is just Audible cues and some movement. Easy to replicate. In fact the Blender 3d model library already has all this ready to go. Just a simple matter of transferring those movements to actuators etc.

In fact the only thing that is going to be hard to do is making it act random. Like a human does. But we have so much data on how women and men talk. Both Audible (thanks to google voice) and so much more out there that we can just copy and model on to the hardware and software that this REALLY won’t be hard. It wont’ be alive per say. But you won’t know the difference.

There is very little a robot can not do in the workplace. In fact most tasks at work for most women are simply repetitive. Think about anyone who works at WALMART. Almost everything they do is on film 24 hours a day. A robot can copy almost all of that Heck checking out is easy! Even stocking shelves. So much is already ready to be automated. Don’t get me started on fast food. . I keep saying that the people who are going to be the most p~~~ed off are the folks that enjoy holding up the lines for everyone else. Or complain about their food not being the way they want it. See, with robots, there is no bulls~~~. No cold food. No wrong orders. Etc.

Transportation is the big area that they are going to be used at as well. Again, citys that plan to have an all automated Freeway system are going ot be the ones that will in the future just be ahead of the curve. Imagine 120 MPH highways. Zero traffic jams of any kind. Again, cities that plan for this are going to be on the map. Imagine a place like California with no traffic jams. Getting from LA to 100 miles away in less then an hour. What is really going to be exciting is that people who live out in the Boondocks that haVE A FAST TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM PUT IN ARE GOING TO HAVE THE LIVES THAT EVERYONE DREAMED OF. tHE CITY WILL BE FULL OF S~~~. aND bURBS. But.. Those that live in the cities that have the ultralink transportation system will not have to worry about even getting to work. Just drive down to most of the way to the fast link, and then the automation of say something like a tesla can take over.

If we really think about it? The cars could do about 150 MPH easy. Sure, tires will not last as long and will need more changes per year, but then again, who cares. You pay to play.

The real cool thing is going to be Personal FLying craft. We already have Quad copters and multi rotor aerial lifts that would work GREAT with a small turbine engine power plant with a small Lithium ion battery pack that would be perfect for small cheap flying craft that would take you to top of buildings kind of how the Zeplin network was envisioned. And Safety would be easy if the crafts had 8 rotors. If any of them failed, you would still have the others to keep you up. You also would have enough emergency power on board to always safely land. There would also be designated safe landing areas. Done!

So really, what is stopping all of this? Well. That would be the f~~~ing stupid people in charge. We don’t have people that are working towards a future. We have people just doing the same s~~~ over and over again. Again, WOMEN are a BIG problem here. Its not men that want to not go forward. Its women really.

Hell, look at all these people asking for climate change. What are they MAKING to stop it? NOT A DAMN THING.

I don’t get why its so hard to come with solutions. Really, what we need is a CHINA like worth ethic with American innovation, and Indian cheapness and lack of safety to get it off the ground LOL! 🙂

So maybe jobs are best left to those that want to create and fix things for the future.
