How to be a leader

FEAR comes in many forms . Forms to do with failing .

Something i have noticed in life even those with a disability can be amazing at learning certain things we would find difficult mainly manual things . My conclusion is they dont see it as difficult .

I remember when i was a kid a house that backed on to the paddock there was a really old bloke that watched his son who looked not down syndrome but kinda mongaloyd i think . We would stand at the back fence in the yard and watch this dude build from scratch old sailing ships . His dad was a furniture maker or some s~~~ in his day . He would have a chat as he sat watching his son .

It was f~~~in awsome watching these things sail in the creek .

Feel like a c~~~ . First encounter as kids we seen no one around and pegged stones at it till we seen the bloke . Thats how it started . He roared and scared s~~~ out of us . All cool after that but .

Fear of failing . Learn to laugh when you f~~~ up . Twist it and look at it in a funny way .

Dont be afraid of changing your ways to ones that are better amongst your work community . Stubborness is stupidness . Many advisors .

MAKE IT ABOUT THE PEOPLE not yourself or themselves .

Best been a GHOST LEADER with independence . Like a missile use guidence . Give an ear . Dont be apart of work community but be about it .

People love to talk about themselves . Teach them . Bring the conversation back to community . Boundries . Less you say the better . Any gossip from any of em knock it immidiatly on the head . So they all know the backstabbing boundry isnt crossed then winning them .

Leaders and followers . Best to be niether makes you more unpredictable if it comes to sides . Your out of it with info on whats going on to be independent .

I think that then thoughts and ideas we share here make some men stand out as leaders. I won’t say who.

It’s leading with ideas.

It could be argued that being MGTOW all of us are leaders. We are leading men away from blue pill mentality. The numbers are relatively slow but they grow.

What has not been defined in this thread is what is meant by the term ‘Leader’

Some men chose to be leaders then realise they can’t lead.

Some end up leaders when they had no intention or want onto be a leader.

I don’t give a s~~~ personally. I am neither the leader or the lead but I understand that there are times when you have to lead and times when you have to be lead.

But those of you who scorn at leadership – I understand your point, but remain a light for those who still fumble around in the darkness of an unhappy marriage or worse the pit of an unfolding divorce.

Our words on these pages are what helps lead them out of their despair.

I also will be so bold as to define it.

Great leadership book. Trigger warning: This leadership style may not be compatible with SJW’s or manginas. When you cut them from the team, they will most likely play the victim card.
