I KNOW that you’re well intentioned with this topic, but I’m just not in the mood to talk about Men being Leaders.

Men have LEAD, GOVERNED, CONQUERED, CREATED, BUILT, ENGINEERED, MAINTAINED EVERY CIVILIZATION ON THIS DAMN PLANET, and WE HAVE BEEN SOLD OUT.

Let the Women and the Manginas figure it out for awhile. LOl LOL LOL

Stop INVESTING Your Time, Energy, and Effort in Making a BETTER LIFE for THEM.

FOCUS ON THYSELF, NOT LEADING OTHERS.

Let the natural leader in you thrive!

Men are natural leaders.. if life has forced one to take a back seat, well Don’t worry because with the right entourage the leader in you can emerge unexpectedly! It’s as natural for men to lead as to breathe. We love to compete, push the envelope in all kinds of situation. Don’t let the Lion in you fall asleep… it’s in our nature our blood to roar and to dominate.. to conquer the elements and or our enemies.

    For my Groupies.

Pull her pance down around her ankles.

Stand in front of her, with your back to her.

Reach behind you, take your middle two fingers, and put them in her c~~~.
    Get a good firm grip.

    Start walking forward.

She’ ll be doing the little shuffle walk behind you.

Gets them in the frame of mind you want.

    I’ll lead by walking away.

Being tough, being hard, is well… hard sometimes, depends. Toughness is like MGTOW-ness, hard to define unilaterally.

Know when it is your duty to give them zero explanations for your actions.

I’m done leading. No one appreciates it, or learns from it,

Going forward, I take care of #1……

I have no interest in being a leader at work.

Baby sitting grown adults is not my thing. The drama, the bulls~~~, the politics, the soap operas – forget it.

The less I have to deal with my co-workers – the better.

First, start with humility. I don’t know it all, I don’t have all the answers, and I am willing to listen to good advice and new information.

Second, trust those you are with to get the job done. Give them enough power and authority to act for you.

Take inventory of strengths and weaknesses. Delegate accordingly.

Honesty and integrity at all times.

Communication flows up and down. This will help manage expectations and deploy resources.

Consult with those wiser than you before deciding on a path.

Accountability to you, and to the others you lead.

Empathy with those who follow. Understand their difficulties and help them.

Innovation and creativity and the willingness to take a different path…sound familiar MGTOW?

I love these business school platitudes…because they work. People, for the most part want to be led down a logical path toward reward. People want to know that the work and the sacrifice they will make will lead to a better future, be it financial reward, better living condition, freedom from oppression or some intrinsic prize.

I was raised being told men should be leaders. And if you were popular, others would imitate you, thereby making you a leader. My own take on it is that if you strive to be a leader for your own ego, that is not ideal. As my sociology professor once said, the people who would make the best leaders have no desire to lead.

But instead, if you focus on doing a good job at the task at hand, and deepening your mastery of the topic or field and do things the right way, you will naturally develop into a place where you create positive change.

Get the job done with as little stress as possible, then pick up the paycheck, then lead myself down my MGTOW path on my free time.

Love and respect those you have authority over.

For my heavenly fathers approval it is I thirst
I will be loyal to him, who I know loved me first.

what better quality than loyalty could you desire?
I would need A Zero turnover from those I hire.

Becoming a good leader is easy as showing that you know,
That special destination those who follow should need to go.

You have only two binary choices to decide
those are the ones you cannot hide.

choosing To do evil or to do good
To believe or not? you know if you should.

Choose correctly those two and hear what I say
You will know the truth and find the right WAY!

See the tough times through and show me your true worth.
Then we shall rejoice in the kingdom of heaven on earth.

Love and respect to all without prejudice.

A good leader loves his subordinates enough to accept
    the blame for their mistakes.
Responsibility should never be delegated down the chain of command.

I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.
