    I just seen this bro. Fortunately, I was in a situation where I could kick my wife’s ass out and keep the house. I told you about it when we met. In your situation, there IS no “Home Sweet Home” and I can still relate because first came years of cold silence other than an occasional nagging. Frost formed on the walls on the hottest days and I tried to pretend everything was fine because she said she wanted more time alone. I didn’t want to believe I was being used. In your case, ignoring each other might be the best you can do but you are playing it smarter than I did and have no reason to be naïve. There are no easy answers but your lawyer is probably correct. It puts you in a difficult situation so COVER YOUR ASS!
