Females want to be taken just as surely as fruit grows to be eaten. Now you just have to reconcile the idea that you can be powerful, aggressive and successful without harming anyone or taking something that does not want to be taken. That’s the hardest part of recovering from white knightery… realizing and accepting that all the dragons you’ve been trying to slay were actually sent by the maiden to keep the weak willed and self sacrificing from ever making it to the castle while the strong and powerful men were simply handed the keys to the back gate, if you catch my drift.

This is so succinct and eloquent that it left me speechless. It’s just amazing how it sums up white knighthood and what one has to do to GHOW.
