    E bike

Normally Id yell at you and dissuade you against anything electric but seeing as you cant peddle a normal bike, I guess its okay.

E Bikes have MANY flaws. One youre going to soon face is the initial Price. $3000 is nothing in that market…

I normally talk heavy sh!t about E Bikes because people think they are good for commuting. They arent! Its a rip off… You could buy a gas scooter for less and never have to worry about charging it up, replacing the battery or running out of power…

An E bike RUNS OUT OF JUICE after 20 miles, just keep that in mind. 1 Hour or 20 miles, which ever happens first.

I hate E everything. E Razors, E bikes, E scooters, E cars. FVCK THEM ALL. LOL

    #fakenews

I run with a large group – A lot of us run Ultras, logging 35-80 miles a week depending on what we are training for. There are more than a few that are in their 60’s and 70’s who log just as many miles and run some crazy vertical- like Grand Canyon, etc.

I don’t know of a single person who has had hip or knee replacement. I had my ACL reconstructed but that was from an drunken accident and it was over a decade ago.. and its good as new now.

    Don’t be a run hater!

    Just the facts.

The replacements? You are never the same. And you are simply not going to be at the level. And not EVERY doctor or patient is best for it.

Each person body is different. So to each his own. But not all of us have the genes that keep our parts going.

I prefer the Sky-o workout plan. But like everything, there are risks. Unless your partner is silicone or TPE.

Electric bikes are like Motorcycles. It still good for you, and a fun time.

Its best to have fun. Do that first. Building MASS is fun. Being 50 and ripped? NOW THAT is a worth while acheivment.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

A five mile walk takes an hour. A five mile run can be done in 42 mins.

But you can get shit done while walking. Try doing a conference call with clients while running and see how well it works out.

If you not have ridden an a New electric assist bicycle. Let me tell you they are amazing.

That’s OK. I’m good. I already have a garage full of gasoline assisted bicycles (and one diesel).

bunch of Running haters. LMAO! grinning ear to ear with every sour pus5 comment about shoulders hurting, knees aching and the general discomfort of Jogging and Running.
LOL. I get it though, I feel happy and invincible at 33 but it aint all Gravy and Biscuits at 50.
Knee replacement hurts like a bitch, but after it heals, isnt it good to go?

Knee replacements, none last the rest of your life. Replacements wear out and need to be replaced, again.

Scar tissue and arthritis issue arise from replacing bones. Its not better than the originals when they were working optimally. Plus its not cheap for many because of the way hospitals run up your bills.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

gave up going to the same pool because she got sick of being approached by aggressive dykes in the changing room.

I only speculate, but Id guess that over 50% of the people who sign up for ANY gym, are there mostly because they want to pick people up or eyeball fvck them, or some other type of sick social satisfaction… It aint because they need a place to work out. Its an attention craving
That is the same reason I quit LA Fitness, fvcking homosexuals in the showers.

50%? That’s seems a bit high, and discounts the fact that people can have multiple reasons for going to the gym. Although I haven’t been in way too long. I preferred the flexibility of many different machines at a gym then what I can get in my home. And yes, I do find some motivation to get a better workout when I’m natural desire to compete kicks in. As far as eye candy does, it does feel like it help kicks some hormones into motion. I don’t really think of looking at attractive women as a sick satisfaction. Rude perhaps, but certainly not sick.

As far as homosexuals, I don’t really care. Rarely would take a shower there anyway.

On to the general question of running. I used to like to run a lot when I was younger. Always much more enjoyable on a trail then on concrete. Part of the reason I don’t run these days is because there are no good trails around where I live now. Treadmills bore me, and it doesn’t feel as low impact as a trail. I’m not quite accepting that walking has the same impact as running over the same distance. I’ve always been told you need to get the heart rate up. And part of the reason that I want to do complete a particular exercise is that I want to be able to do that exercise more efficiently. If I walk for 45 minutes, I’ll only get better at walking. If I run, I’ll get better at running. Granted, running isn’t necessarily that useful, but I do like the psychological feeling of being capable.

On the subject of women and exercising, I find it funny that women often do the wrong exercises when their stated purpose is being more attractive. Running doesn’t make a woman attractive except to other runners perhaps. It removes the softness a woman has, makes joints look boney, reduces breast size, and tends to look more aged overall. Even for the purpose of losing weight, it’s not nearly as effective as proper diet, light aerobic exercise, and weight training. If you love to run, then sure, but don’t convince yourself that you’re going to attract men that way.

    Ok. Then do it.

If you’re out of shape hitting the gym is one of the dumbest things you can do right out of the starting gate. Most will hate it and quit within a month.

What you got to do is work on consuming less food for a good long while. Don’t wreck your metabolism by eating nothing but it’s ok to eat 1 good meal a day and then little small snacks. Your body has to learn it’s fine to consume less calories and start burning that body fat. I lost over 50 lbs 7 years ago by just eating better and doing some intermittent fasting. After I lost the weight then I slowly began going to the gym, jogging first then adding in strength training. Then you got to learn about your macros and consumption of the correct amount of protein for your body. If you eat well that’s 90% of the battle right there. Now I go to the gym to lift 2-3 times max per week for 1 hour each. It’s all about maintenance after awhile.

Baby steps or nothing. You’ll hurt yourself or end up quitting pretty quickly.
