Great words of wisdom! I practiced martial arts in my youth for many years! And the more I trained, the more I understood that peaceful resolution is the best way to walk ? away with all of your limbs intact!

Of course knowing how to fight back if cornered is very important! It also gives one confidence in oneself that others will sense when they are contemplating attacking you!
