The good old haymaker

if you have no way to exit,
start thinking about how to get away.
hit first if you have no choice.
throat, eyes, knees..
incapacitate opponent quickly.
and get away.
no shame in running if you can’t win.

the point is to save your life,
not boost your ego.

do cardio for endurance,
exercise for strength ,
get lean and fast.
be ready for whatever comes along.

Never underestimate any one . I remember when i was young an old bloke around say 60 who was a local at the pub where he worked . Any way long story short had three maori blokes play up and he welcomed them out side . F~~~ed up two of them . Third didn’t even bother . Old guy was ex golden gloves and a top bloke who did alot for youth .

Cops here are a f~~~ing joke . I take care of my own s~~~ . Yep i am getting older now but they know i am a f~~~ing handful to deal with . The unnoficial apology years ago from the sarge included a drawn tazer by a dumb bitch around the corner . Corrupt and useless . But the corruption was cleaned up years ago . Who needs a teeny tiny little can of mace or pepper spray when there’s the large (30% more free) can of brake-clean? They need a hazmat suite to arrest a dude with brake-clean!
