    I started taking care of myself late just a couple of years ago.

    Well, at least you made the change, that’s more than what most will do at all in their lives.

    There’s nothing wrong with not lifting, I don’t knock people who don’t, its just about stay healthy and active so you feel good in your old age.

    My gym is a heavybag in my garage, and it works perfectly. I cant imagine paying to run on a f~~~ing treadmill surrounded by these dumb c~~~s.

    you see guys blow up quickly, then, lose it quickly when the juice is off.

    I always got a good laugh out of the juicers with massive arms and chests and chicken legs. Don’t forget leg day bros!

    The tattoos look disgusting

    Its just too much…I’m not a huge tattoo fan to begin with, but they look like idiots all covered with that s~~~. If I was going to get one I’d rather just get 1 nice one that you can actually tell what it is rather than get covered in s~~~ that looks like I just got chased around by a group of kids with paintball guns.

    I’ll keep that in mind. I don’t eat alot. I usually eat twice a day. I just need to move around more.

    In my own experience, wallerinas are so superior to female gym rats it’s no contest.

    Women can fake it in a gym, but they can’t fool gravity on a tall face.

    This is why I purchased a home gym I hate working out with C~~~S!
    Especially the wall smashed tattoo covered c~~~s, working out is good but you have still hit the wall.
    You are strong c~~~ys take over the world and burn it to the ground with hamster wheel brains and steroids.

    As mentioned diet is most important. A choice between exercise and diet to get healthier, stronger, fitter diet wins.

    Also choice between skills and fitness for self defence I say fitness.

    Lol at guys spending 20 years of their life learning technical martial arts and get mogged by a noob with better cardio.

    I think for all over fitness, and least risk to your health try HIIT circuits. You can add weight in there, kettlebells, ropes, anything your imagination can think up. You’re going to burn a ton of fat. Plus – low impact both on joints from heavy lifting, and the low impact will protect your knees from the long term wear n tear you get from running. I learnt this from years of squatting, snatches, then playing rugby and football, with a long slow run in there 2 times a week. My knees are f~~~ed.

    Best thing is about circuits is 30 mins and you’re done, if you’re going hard enough.

    Must be some s~~~ty martial arts training if they aren’t getting any cardio. I’ve trained in a couple different styles at different schools and there was always cardio built into the classes. A few rounds on a bag or with a sparring partner is great for your cardio and your improving your skills at the same time.

    Best thing is about circuits is 30 mins and you’re done, if you’re going hard enough.

    Thing I like about circuits is they aren’t boring as f~~~ like jogging. When I don’t have time to hit the gym I’ll often just do a quick circuit workout at home…maybe pushups, situps, pullups, squats, break for a minute, repeat. I’ll switch it up…different style pushups and pullups, wallsits, leg lifts, planks, etc, lots of stuff you can do with little time and no weights. I’d much rather do that for 15-20 minutes than go out and jog.

    I can attest to HIIT. It really works.

    I have shredded down to 185 now, and my abs are beginning to show!

    If you want to lose fat, you need to make sure you hit your Target Heart Rate Zone.

    First we need to figure out our Max Heart Rate

    220-age = Max Heart Rate

    For me, that is 195.

    Now you can just multiply that number by percentages to hit specific fat loss benchmarks.

    I usually like to stay within 65-85% of my Max Heart Rate, so usually around 125-150 bpm is good for me.

    In order to combat aging, it is imperative as men that we keep our testosterone levels in check.

    There are so many phytoestrogens in our food, that they are literally turning men into little bitch boys.

    Men’s testosterone levels have steadily decreased since the 1950’s, and the main culprit is in fact phytoestrogens, such as soy.

    I would suggest that every man avoid eating any food with soy in it.

    Soy is a plant product that will decrease testosterone, and increase estrogen. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

    I would suggest eating lots of food high in monounsaturated fats, and lean proteins.

    Your brain, heart, and nervous system need these types of fats to function, so eating the right kind of fats is very important for overall health.

    I would also avoid eating GMOs as well as many of the processes involved in genetically engineering
    our food have proven to lower testosterone.

    Hell even the pesticides used on the crops will lower your sex drive!

    Finally, if it is packaged, just assume it is poison.

    Everything around us is attempting to de-evolve men into fat, unmotivated, laboring, and redundant piles of protoplasm.

    He is a health expert that really tells it like it is.

    Any one can train and life weights over their head.

    If these broads wanted to really impress anyone, they should run a marathon. They should hit a homerun, score a goal, knock a receiver out when he cuts across the middle of the field.

    My knees and lower back got hurt just for watching those poor executions !!
    Those c~~~s won’t last more than 4 years before get any serious injury, even with fake weights, is far safer do a 200kg dead lift properly, than a 30kg without knowing what you are doing.

    Crossfit is another thing that I can’t swallow, 40 c~~~s/manginas in a room, doing some extremely dangerous movements without any proper supervision, people are just asking for the worse to happen !!

    I don’t know. Gun-fu is pretty skills intensive.

    But seriously, it’s both. Take the olympics, for example. You can compare all the martial arts you want, but the really scary people are those biathlon motherf~~~ers. They can out ski, out run, and out gun, and they can keep it up all day. We’re talking IRL DayZ.

    I work overnight at Whalemart. I’m on the very large side of normal height, and rarely encounter a woman of less mass than me.

    I’d welcome these tattooed lifters, even if they aren’t going to survive unscathed at the joint loads they’re pushing.

    FWIW, I don’t want to f~~~ them any more than I do the wammaloes, but the view is nicer.

    I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

    Spot on, MGTOW Night…

    Most food at the grocery store is overly processed and with extra chemicals (preservatives). I lost the most amount of my weight goal the quickest when I began to cook all of my own meals using mostly organics. I do not eat any of the s~~~ at the grocery store from a box, can or from the frozen section…

    It’s amazing how bad food is when you begin to research what you are actually eating..Take-out and drive through is a no-no in my book.

    case in point- I always assumed fresh fish that was “farm raised” was good for you. I got sick from eating it one time, then did research and discovered scary practices by those farms, mostly in China.

    In China fish farms, the fish are kept in confined quarters in polluted water, fed GMO food and animal fesces, and injected with horrid amounts of antibiotics and meds. No wonder I got sick!!
