well, looks like mental illness continues to show its ugly little head in the female fitness community.

As a guy who’s literally been working out for over 20 yrs, these compilations make me cringe. Somehow, some women now think having tattoos all over their bodies and lifting FAKE weights with poor form is attractive or admirable.

The whole fitness industry is a joke now. Thank god I have my own equipment at home.

    God bless peace and freedom.

Yeah, I train on my own too. Plenty of the men in commercial gyms are selfie addicted too, its not just the women attention whoring.

    lifting FAKE weights

    Yeah, that’s a little annoying.

That’s another thing, can’t stand the juice heads. I’m no adonis but I do keep in good shape, I could understand if you were a professional and your income and livelihood depended on your physique, but too many dudes take them just to take them. No respect for their bodies whatsoever.

you see guys blow up quickly, then, lose it quickly when the juice is off.

If you gain it slow, gradual and naturally, you keep the gains forever. It’s whole science behind gaining muscle naturally. It took me a lot of trial and error to find the fundamental principles that make that happen.

    God bless peace and freedom.

I’m a complete asshole to anyone in the gym goofing off taking selfies n s~~~ when I want to use the piece of equipment they’re occupying and not working out on it. I’ll flat out ask them to move it along, they’re clearly not using the equipment and Its next in my rotation go take your selfies over there.

I don’t mind REAL bodybuilders, juice or no. I’ve been around guys like that for many years. I’ve always been more into the Olympic lifts, but my age means I’ve dialled back the weight and most of the explosive lifts. My knees sound like two bags of coarse sand being shaken, even getting up off the sofa LOL. I tend to do more of the bodyweight and even bodybuilding type training now. Circuits and the heavy bag once/twice a week too. I like the trx to try and keep flexible and stretching, but I’m a big bag of stiff joints and soreness. I earned it though, wouldn’t change a thing AND I ran six miles on the roads today. I’ll never stop lifting and keeping fit.

The big flash gyms are a no go area for me now, I just stopped going around the same time as I went MGHOW. The amount of idiots on juice training with bad form put me off too – young guys just getting in the way, and bringing women along? I don’t even like music when I’m training nevermind some whiny broad trying to catch my eye wiggling her ass everywhere. Bad attitudes on them too, I guess it’s just a microcosm of society at large.

I gotta get back in the gym man. I want to just use weight training for weight loss. I know that if i get in there and stay dedicated to it, i can get the weight down. I used to be able to max a 450 squat. I’d like to get back to that and then pass it.

Yes, that’s IF they get off, I know too many kids who started and just never stopped. They just cycle on and off, they’ll be hooked for life.

I could actually make an argument for steroids for older guys who want to stay young and fit, kind of like getting treated for low T, that’s totally understandable. I may do it myself one day if need be.

Yes, this is what I always keep in mind. I’m 28 and man I can feel it already! I just go in, do the motions, bump up the weight when I think I can and eat healthy. I don’t want to live in pain the last 10-20 years of my life cause I benched 5 pounds more than some other dude at some point.

Her tattoos tell the story of every guy she has sex with. About 100, I would say.

Staying forever on juice is a receipt for disaster. Even if cycled on and off. The evidence for cardiovascular disease due to steroid abuse is everywhere, despite what they claim. Cardiovascular disease is overlooked by the industry. Even Arnold had open heart surgery and although it’s claimed to be for a heart valve, many times, they’ll do bypass at the same time if needed if the coronaries are blocked.

I agree with T therapy for older men. I’ve advocated that here before. That’s a whole other topic that deserves mention.

    God bless peace and freedom.

There is something really off-putting about a body covered in tattoos. It’s just like you’ve labeled yourself something and you are never going to pass for anything better.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

When i did the fitness thing, i always did it at home.

Men started the trend, women f~~~ed it up. I think all these men should just not show up anymore.

The tattoos look disgusting—especially on the thighs. Muscular women are a turn off.

Besides that, someone should be spotting them if they’re going to do squats so they won’t get injured.

"I saw that there comes a point, in the defeat of any man of virtue, when his own consent is needed for evil to win-and that no manner of injury done to him by others can succeed if he chooses to withhold his consent. I saw that I could put an end to your outrages by pronouncing a single word in my mind. I pronounced it. The word was ‘No.’" (Atlas Shrugged)

I totally agree. I can’t stand tattoos on women. Tattoos symbolize, toughness and ruggedness. Those are supposed to be male qualities. I imagine like 3 dudes sitting around the table drinking a cold beer, talking about scars and tattoos and all the chicks they’ve banged and some bitch is there telling them about the hardships of women in the modern workplace.

Well I go to the gym. I started taking care of myself late just a couple of years ago. One of my big regrets. But I like working with personal trainers who know what they are doing and push me.
