Well said. Its everything that i have had to deal with that makes me lose it at certain times, not just what happened yesterday. It all builds up. Most of the time i cant be bothered with it and nothing happens, other times i just f~~~ing snap and didn’t even see it coming myself.

you’ve got to learn to keep it in check because they’ll use it against you man.

I know sometimes it is hard as fcuk.

Trust me I would love to explode and lose my fcukin shed at a few people but you can’t.

Many have said that you cannot react at people. This is pure manipulation and social programming.

You are a different man, you are on YOUR OWN WAY. Therefore you cannot fall for these setups.

When you are blind in rage you cannot act up. Keep it together and use all that energy as a drive to f~~~ them thoroughly in a smart way.

The smart way is the one where you dont get f~~~ed yourself.

I grant you that there are situations where you SHOULD lose it and go berserk. But even then, you have to decide in cold blood when its advantageous for you.

I have this stereotypical image of the British as some really calm dudes, that never lose composure. A bit like this scene:

I know that British are no longer like that, that it was a victorian concept that you should not show emotions. Supposedly it is healthier to show and act up on your feelings, and modern British do so.
What a stupid feminist concept, let everyone be like women…

I remember some words that KM once told me about emotions: “the world is your stage, act in what emotion is more favorable for you.”

Because either we do that, or we follow a script written by others to our disadvantage.

Thanks for your advice guys, and you can bet I’m taking it onboard.

Usually I am on lorazepam and/or codeine so i don’t even feel mad when some c~~~ tries to f~~~ with me.

When i worked on the doors id drug myself up to high heaven before i arrived, so i didn’t have to feel that nasty malaise and it was great. I became super lazy in the end and just didn’t give a f~~~ about the little things like people taking in their own drinks etc. I realised it wasn’t worth the f~~~ing effort for what i was getting paid.

Even when some punk tried getting smart with me I’d just tell him to jog on and not give a s~~~ about it. When they see you dont give a s~~~ and are not interested they give up.

But i do need to learn some type of chill the f~~~ out don’t get mad technique without drugs.

My daughter is in second grade, but I’ve been to go to a school-wide event only once. It was some play at the gym. The look on my face was probably total disbelief for the whole time, because out of all the mothers gathered there – I could not find a single woman I would consider f~~~ing even if she fell and landed on my dick with no strings attached. Not a single one! I was appalled. It was a collection of commode-shaped skanks with multi-colored hair and tats stuck in their smartphones. There was an atmosphere of self-importance in the air. I probably looked like a sore thumb with deer-in-the-headlights expression on my face. I could not believe the s~~~.

Those women were plotting against you and they will come up with a plan and that probably involves false allegations.

Then, if they don’t from this, they will set you up again and have a bunch of witnesses, not like they don’t have them now.

They will then claim to be scared of you and tell you you are not allowed to bring your child to school or much worse.

For instance they can call cps over some bruise your kid got on the playground and report you for abuse. They are manditory reporters and know it.

Don’t interact with them at all from now on.

Avert your eyes from them.

If you know whats good for you.
