I had a relationship with a women earlier this year. She lied to me multiple times. Whenever I called her out on her bs, she always denied it even if my evidence was undisputable.

People hate Dr. Phil, but the book is actually quite a good self-help book that concentrates on teaching you how to spot narcissists, users, and abusers. If you know how to identify and deal with backstabbers and trouble-makers in your life, it will bring you a lot of self-confidence and peace.
It’ll give you a peek inside your ex’s head, as well as some tools to make sure you can identify other people like her in the future and keep them at arm’s length. Knowledge is confidence. I would say, start with that book if you want to delve into what happened to you.

Gonna be honest here man. You speak the truth. You are right about everything but one detail. I haven’t talked to her since that last post. I Blocked her from my life completely.
But as you said, deep down I do want to believe that she can change. But she f~~~ing won’t. There is no point. I have hundreds of points to prove that she will never change.
