Some fools simply have to learn the hard way that in family court the actual laws mean nothing. You are one sob story and a feminist judge away from ruination.

Say you move your little “nawalt” cupcake into your home. That very night she can call the police on some false domestic violence charges. Suddenly you’re kicked out of your home, but you still have to make court ordered payments on it while cupcake lives there for free. Meanwhile your DV case drags on and on and on through delay after delay. Suddenly you find it’s a year later, and since you’ve been maintaining a residence, as ordered by the courts, for cupcake to live in, you’re now common law “married”. And if she had a chadspawn or two in that year, well you’re on the hook for child support too “in the best interest of the children”.

Think it can’t happen? Google “common law horror stories” to see how badly cupcake can f~~~ you for letting her in the door.

No marriage. NO COHABITATION. No procreation.

“The worst” that can happen on a motorcycle is pretty severe, but people buy and ride them anyway for a list of positive reasons. However, “not dying” is definitely not a positive reason, or enough of an incentive. You can accomplish “not dying on a motorbike” by never throwing your leg over one. You don’t need to throw down $15K

When it comes to marriage contracts and cohabitation….. the “best” thing about them is successfully avoiding them. It even rewards more than any possible gain.

OP thinks the risk only comes from the law and court system. for me those are thereal risks.
1- the funds your going to spend on her to feed and please her, can be put toward a saving account, stocks or a hobby that u like.

2- you can’t guarantee she won’t cheat on you. no matter how much u think she’s loyal and nice, the whole system is designed to encourage her to explore her options and cheat on you would invest ur money in car knowing that one day it will open it’s doors to a stranger who will just ride away with it. of course not so logically why do it with a women.

3-time and effort. look I know it feels good to have a gf, there are moments of connection and compassion but the time and effort u will be putting toward getting those rare moments is enormous and simply not worth it. on the flip side it’s draining. u’ll be spending more time arguing and fighting, her restriction ur freedoms etc than gaining any compassion, love and sex from her.

4- your own mental and physical health will detoriate from being in a long term cohabitation relationship. I mean it’s stressful. u see women expect men to be creative, entertain them, and come up with something new and exciting all the time. that or she’ll cheat or leave. I say f~~~ that man, for me I want to be entertained, surprised and showered with gifts. but women don’t do that, they take and do not give back. they think them being around u is giving back. while in reality their existence is parasitic in a man’s life.

if these points aren’t good enough for u to drop the whole thing then ur one of those guys who most feel the burn for himself. it’s not only about the laws, where I live I can get married and the laws are more than fair. but I refuse cuz of use above reasons. honestly if I’m spending money on someone then I expect equal return in everything she does. but that’s not possible so I maximize my money worth and profit in more reliable ventures.

My honest opinion as to the law and government meddling in personal relationships with a girlfriend, is “F~~~ the law”.

I will never let a female live with me again. There needs to be a firewall between me and females. F~~~ the State.

I have a girlfriend (just one now), but I don’t allow her to even keep any clothes or personal possessions at my place, and vice versa.

Sometimes I don’t think I’d mind things going to “Without Rule of Law” (WROL) because the meddling of the State causes as many problems as it prevents.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. The advantages I hear about cohabitation are:

– You get to be around each other all the time.
– You get to see them as they are in every day life.
– You get to share expenses.

The disadvantages I see are:
– They are around you ALL…THE…TIME.
– You have to see them as they are in every day life.
– You have to contribute to her expenses.

Plus.
– You expose yourself to greater risk of false arrest, with the added benefit of restraining order preventing you from coming near you’re own home.
– She can redecorate your home without seeking your approval.
– All her s~~~ gets moved into your house.
– You can no longer eat the meals you want to eat, or pretty much do anything you want to do.
– Because she has acquired resources from you, she will start treating you like s~~~.
– Although you’re dog will still be loyal to you, he will start s~~~ting on the rug and then look at you as if to say “Her s~~~’s all over this house and you’re going to complain about a little s~~~ on the rug?”
