Let’s play “what’s the worst that could happen”.
I live in Canada, and from what I’ve read you would need to be in a cohabitation situation for 1-2 years before the common law marriage laws take effect. However I have also read that these laws are distinct from marriage laws, and do not cover division of assets.

So let’s play, avoiding cohabitation is thrown around a lot in mgtow circles, but it’s been awhile since I’ve seen the cold hard facts provided to back the argument. Have at it…

What is the argument against co-habitation?
