Having these debts means that we are not really free.
Have you read von Hayek’s Road to Serfdom yet?
Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.
Opening Sentence of Pride and Prejudice (1813 Novel): “It is a truth universally acknowledged that a man of great fortune must be in need of a wife.”
What I love about the novel, is the mom keeps egging her 4 daughters on to go get hitched by rich dudes who just moved into town and the Dad (like us) is constantly saying “How do you know they want to get married? Maybe they just moved here to get away from city life.” But NOOOOO mom won’t listen to that, CLEARLY the rich dudes are here to MARRY HER DAUGHTERS…hence the sarcasm of the opening sentence.
Back in the day women didn’t have a phone or 911 to report their false rapes or made up domestic abuse accusations. There was no social services, no child support agencies, no state attorneys, no women’s rights, none of that! In those days men kept their women in check and it was taboo for women to report anything! Oh do I wish it was the old days again!!!!!
Actually, we may be able to do that to women again if Feminists win and Shariah is instituted. Irony, anyone?

Anonymous1Have you read von Hayek’s Road to Serfdom yet?
No, I have not read it. I have heard of Friedrich Von Hayek though. I will give it a read. My first clue that we were heading towards Serfdom was reading Karl Marx “Communist Manifesto.” I was 15 years old at the time and when I read it it sounded a lot like Serfdom to me. I connected this with Socialist politicians like FDR and the Leftist teachers I had in high school and college.
today, I awoke and drove my car 40 miles in a rain storm in under an hour.
I had all provisions to keep me safe in case of emergency:
1. cell phone
2. GPS
3. a battery jumper
4. extra clothes
5. ATM / credit card
6. Access to immediate medical services at my finger tips (911 and advanced medical heathcareI spent the morning being entertained later by online streaming, followed by food in my frig, clean water to drink and make coffee, working toilet with excellent sewer system.
AC running nicely in this 80-90 degree weather.
I don’t have to have a wife if I don’t want to.
I can amass incredible knowledge with little work needed, in the most widely available body of information known to mankind in history (the internet)
If living in the 19th century, for all practical purposes, I would either be dead due to disease or war.
We are very fortunate to have what we have.
God bless peace and freedom.
Not every man views being safe, protected, well-fed and comfortable at all times as the pinnacle of human existence. Some do, granted.
That 40 mile trip would have really meant something, and been an adventure in the 19th century, not just a passing, meaningless blur through your car windows.

Anonymous1Not every man views being safe, protected and comfortable at all times as the pinnacle of human existence.
Yes, exactly. The great minds of the 19th Century were shaped by their hardships. They had an incredible drive to make their world a better place through the use of logic and reason and hard work. They knew there was nothing Men could not achieve by cultivating their intellect.
Our society has become pampered and a little too comfortable. This has lead to the rampant expansion of Cultural Marxism. This is why our generation doesn’t have any Teslas or Edisons. They have no need to be great inventors.
Det450 or whatever, I won’t swallow it.
I don’t like this guy at all.
Tuna or asshole, I had enough of fish and I’m not gay. Soo F~~~ YOU.
Dude, you don’t even know the guy, and yet, you don’t like him?!
Do you think he gives a single f~~~?!
Just because your ideologies doesn’t sync with his, doesn’t mean he’s an asshole.
He’s going his own way, let him be for f~~~’s sake.
I don’t know you either, so f~~~ you too.
Yeah you read rigth. F~~~ the f~~~ off, f~~~ you.
This is my f~~~ing way also.
To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

Anonymous3I would take my chances in going back to the 17th and 18th century. That would appeal to me very much actually.
I would need to take my knowledge with me, so I wouldn’t end up illiterate cannon fodder in any of the wars though, or just be a beast of burden.
Not because I want to punch women in the mouth and get away with it (ridiculous level trolling), be to escape the invasive technology and just mundane lifestyle of today.Whatever the risk was of dying from stepping on a rusty nail, I doubt it was higher than dying in a vehicle accident, or from a lifestyle disease like Heart disease, diabetes, stroke, cancer etc., all of which are MUCH more prevalent today.
I have enjoyed many biographies of men from the 1700’s -1900 and many enjoyed very long and amazingly full lives. Granted they were generally wealthy and thus had much lower risks and a more favorable mortality rate than the man who had to do the dangerous work in the steel mills or lumberyards, slaughterhouses, but just the ability to go MGTOW and seriously be left alone would make it all worth while for me.
But yes, if you had to take your luck at just being born into that era, Old Bill is right, chances are your life will just be a struggle from cradle to grave.
But just like every man thinks he will be the hero if he goes off to war, and not the coward who can’t get out of the foxhole and fight. I am sure we all dream we will be the landowner or adventurer and enjoy the best of opportunities that the time period had to offer, and not the uneducated man trapped in poverty and living a hellish existence where only by risking his life and breaking his body can he even survive day to day..
Correct me if I’m wrong, but aren’t you a physician? You should know very well the history of vaccinations and medicine. It was pretty rough going back even 50 years compared to where we are at today.
Most people take so many things for granted today. You don’t need to go back two centuries, why not take a trip out to the middle of a national park and spend a month? Without electricity, smartphones, indoor plumbing and the like. I wouldn’t want to do that. I’m comfortable where I am.
I grew up without consistent electricity or hot water. And in a time where it was dangerous to go out at night, where you could get mugged and there was graffiti everywhere. Now granted those are more human problems in cities, and I warn this will happen again most likely soon, but there are always problems everywhere you go.
There are a lot of problems in modern society, but if you have money and are MGTOW it’s actually a pretty easy life. That’s one reason why I’m MGTOW instead of MRA or anything else. And it’s probably the biggest reason most people aren’t bothering to fight back. If our conditions worsen and we are forced to react we will as a whole, but as long as the West can continue to provide food, shelter and safety, most people understand how good we ultimately have it, especially when away from other people.
Oh do I wish it was the old days again!!!!!
In the “good old days”, Men were even more of slaves to women than they are now. This is because while the women’s roles & duties were little to nothing, the men worked even harder (due to the lack of sophisticated technology) to provide for the women and children they had.
They slaved away (either directly or indirectly) — to ensure that the welfare of women was good — under the belief that that is what men are SUPPOSED to do.
My brother make you no follow sheeple o. Look them and Go Your Way.Thank you Old Bill and others for handling this one with such candor.
Other members spoke on “the old days” and I share their sentiments. No interest.
Women who “knew their place” was just better generally behavior, etiquette and keeping themselves in check. Today they are totally unashamed of revealing exactly who they are – right where the world can see it. I’m thankful for it.
The “post feminism” man is no longer amazed or awestruck when he looks at women like the men of yesteryear.
If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.All the free spirited men I knew are in jail now.
Really? Of the men I know who’ve been to jail the common factor was stupidity, not free spiritedness.
Despite all the power, records, computers, bureaucrats, and investigators available to governments, more and more men in the West have become ghosts.
I rather think it’s because of all the modern tools. Governments have become lazy thanks to the resources available to them. If they can’t find something in a database, it doesn’t exist. Think of it this way: a steam shovel is a very powerful tool that can move a lot of earth very easily and efficiently. Once you have a steam shovel, you never want to go back to an ordinary hand shovel. But you can’t sift with it.
Our society has become pampered and a little too comfortable.
On the general level, true. But then laziness has always been a human quality when opportunity presents.
However on the individual level, our modern technology and conveniences only allow us to find more interesting problems to overcome. The guys on Apollo were far more comfortable on their voyages than anyone cooped up with Magellan, but their trips were no less heroic for it.

That is very good point.
A common complaint about the many “alphabet soup” agencies comprising the US’ “intelligence community” is that they rely far too much on “sigint” – that is, technologically sourced intel/data – and far too little on “humint” – that is human sourced intel/data.
There are any number of drones, satellites, wireless taps, listening posts, and similar gadgets but little resembling Kiping’s Kim or Greene’s Ashenden.

Anonymous1Really? Of the men I know who’ve been to jail the common factor was stupidity, not free spiritedness.
Not everyone in jail is stupid. Some of them are actually pretty smart. They just have a hard time following stupid rules. Get caught drinking a beer underage and get put on probation. Violate your probation and get more probation. Then you end up in jail. Get in a fight in jail, up your sentence goes. When you hit prison, you can work for $0.25 an hour. Very similar to the slaves you mentioned earlier. I’m trying to make a point about excessive government and red tape here. Back in the 19th century the Police State hadn’t been set up yet. 21st century is rule by Bureaucrats and I don’t believe you can Mountain Man up today, those days are over.
Not everyone in jail is stupid.
I never said they are.
Just all the ones I know.
I don’t believe you can Mountain Man up today,
Have you ever tried? The mountains are just further away. Or conceptual. Either works.
Again, millions of men have “disappeared” in the U.K. alone. So what happened to them?

Anonymous1Again, millions of men have “disappeared” in the U.K. alone. So what happened to them?
I don’t know enough about the UK. I have thought about living off the Grid, but have not tried it. The biggest obstacle is the property tax. If you don’t pay it, then you lose your land. You have to get a job to pay the tax, so you have to be back in society to pay it. I know self-sufficient farmers and the property tax is a major burden on them. Technology is a double edged sword and on one hand it can improve your quality of life, but it can also be used by the Police State. I’m a very pessimistic person and I really don’t see any way to break free of the miles of red tape cluttering up my life at the moment. My American Dream, is to be a totally self-reliant Farmer living off the grid.
I’m very interested in finding out how the Ghosts in the UK are making it work? Are these guys in and out of jail a lot for not paying taxes etc.?

Anonymous1Right now in the U.K. there are literally millions of missing men who have dropped under the radar. They’re not on the dole. They’re not on the books. They’re not paying taxes. Obviously they’re supporting themselves somehow, but not in any way the government can find or touch. The government there sees this as a huge problem, but I doubt the men themselves do.
I find that phenomenon fascinating and it’s not limited to the UK either.
Despite all the power, records, computers, bureaucrats, and investigators available to governments, more and more men in the West have become ghosts. What’s that famous line? The tighter you squeeze, the more that slips through your fingers?
I’ve read about this recently and wondered if I may fall into this bracket for the following reasons:
–I’m a contractor and operate under my limited company so have certain tax breaks and make no national insurance contributions
–I’m not on the electoral register.
–I don’t have a personal bank account – operate entirely from my business account (not good practice but legal)
–I rent a property from a family member and have no contractual agreement.
–My company is not registered to the address I live at.
–I have never claimed job seekers allowance or any form of benefits
–I’m not currently registered at any doctors surgery or dentist. Before anyone criticises my way of living – I’m not advocating this way of living and its entirely legal.

Some women are victims of domestic abuse, including rape, and it’s very important that they could call 911.
It would be nice, though, that DV shelters would welcome even men who are victims of domestic violence (about 35-40% victims of domestic violence are men), and that even violence against men would be officially recognized as a violation of human rights.
However MGTOW is a way to tackle domestic violence, both against women and against men – check my signature:
MGTOW IS TACKLING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE IN COMPLIANCE WITH CONVENTION OF ISTANBUL: http://www.coe.int/en/web/conventions/full-list/-/conventions/rms/090000168008482e — Article 4, Section 4 “Special measures that are necessary to prevent and protect women from gender-based violence shall not be considered discrimination under the terms of this Convention”.
By living alone, there’s no such things as domestic violence against women, nor domestic violence against men.
Win-win.
SUPREME LEADER KIM JONG-UN'S FASHION STYLIST - if you want a new look or if you're a very beautiful trans you can call me, phone number +85079255312 / mobile 01921421211. The worth of a man isn't the usefulness that women get from him. Avoiding living with a woman, a man isn't rejecting a lot of sex: he's rejecting sexual starvation. WHAT I LEARNT FROM A GENDER STUDIES CLASS IN LUND, SWEDEN: every time feminists accuses men of doing something, odds are likely either them or persons associated with them are doing the exact same thing but a lot worse.
