I personally wouldn’t hire another woman either. I was on the fence before, even though they take way more time off , often times with little to no warning and produce less than their male co-workers, now they’re just straight up a legal liability for myself and the company. I have two women who work for me right now and when they’re gone, they will be replaced with men. I’ll take a lesser qualified male over a more qualified female even because the female comes with too much baggage and bulls~~~.

It’s old, but interesting. Worth noting that that author of this particular article is a guest to the blog, and the bog owner actually comments a lot in the comments section.

Although the blog owner believes the author, she believes that the female boss does not know how to handle female employees and/or the female employees don’t know how to react to a female boss. Women were always employees to men in the past. (Therefore, this is really a fault of men)

When the topic of biology comes up, the blog owner acknowledges that men and women have hormones that effect behavior, but considers it a weakness to let hormones effect your behavior.

There is nothing to do with women like that blogger, except stay the f~~~ away and don’t engage in debate. There is nothing to gain and much peace of mind (at the very least) to lose.

Amazingly, in spite of her experiences, she still refuses to admit that there are any pyscoligical differences between men and women.
