In the article the woman expresses frustration that none of the females she hired would take leave for things like maternity. Instead they would take days off “to think things over” or some other bs.

Welcome to our world lady now she partly understands the problem we face daily. She wondered why women always needed constant validation she couldn’t understand because she herself is female. It simply boils down to women are taught at a young age that they are entitled princess who need to be put on a pedestal for constant validation.

They are constantly told by men and women when young that they can do no wrong and if they screw up it is ok but if a boy screws up they get to hear the truth. That is the difference and I doubt she will ever fully understand this concept because she never lived in our world.
