Culture is NOT ethnicity. Want to help underclass minorities and whites in the US? End welfare. Legalize drugs.
Muslims — that, too, is complicated. Some Muslims are highly educated, adopting Western ways and Enlightenment values. Others want to implement Sharia Law. Too many of the latter in your Western country, and someday, it will be one man, one vote, one last time. Especially with declining fertility rates. What I’m personally seeing is the kids are far less devout than the parents — drinking, not praying, fornicating, etc. Where I live, there are waves from the same countries. The ones let in as ‘political refugees’ are typically the worst. Early waves were professionals and mostly fully Westernized.

In 1900, you could walk into any drugstore and purchase a gram of cocaine for a quarter. So no one was shooting anyone over it. Of course, after inflation, that would be around $7.66 now in current dollars.
Homicide rates vary much by country, and over time. Zambia’s is at parity with the US; Sudan, Angola, Niger, Somalia, Liberia, Mozambique, Tunisia, Rwanda, Ghana, Malawi, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, and Kenya, all have lower rates than the US. Tribalism and s~~~ty governance are huge problems in Africa. Rwanda has a murder rate half that of the US, but the civil war and genocide killed a lot of citizens in the 1990’s.
And homicide rates in the Americas are actually HIGHER than in Africa. Look it up. Of course, that is because of South America.
Sure, some crime statistics are faked. But it’s hard to fake murder statistics.
It would be far better to tabulate crime rates rather than by politically correct ‘race’ than by the reported taxable INCOME of the ‘victim’ and ‘perpetrator’. This would be a good proxy for whether the individual is a druggie or gangbanger — a far more interesting parameter than their race. So if in the last 2 years they earned less than, say, $25,000 total reportable for both years, I’d characterize them as a ‘banger’ and tabulate them as such on my charts and graphs.
Homicide rates are higher in the Americas than Africa by about 33%.
As for the statistics, there are quality assurance checks. In a large city such as where I live, you can verify homicide numbers against news stories (our total is just over 100 per annum).
I’d argue that the POORER and more URBAN a neighborhood is, the more crime-ridden it is. There are numerous ‘rich’ cities like Riverside California, with many Asians, Hispanics, and some blacks, with VERY, VERY low murder rates. That is because they aren’t bangers.
‘Apostate’ or ‘cultural Muslim’ is probably a better term than ‘enlightened’ Muslim. They may still believe in some of the bulls~~~, but not Allah of it. After sufficient exposure to America, many Muslims become less devout. No praying five times a day. Some drinking of the devil’s nectar. etc. Also just working around Westerners, partaking in advanced scientific training, etc often wears down the beliefs.

Monk: The point about black men is that a significant fraction are not socialized. About 9% of black men 20-34 have been imprisoned. A similar percentage of their parents (of age 0-17 black children) — 10% — have been incarcerated. It wasn’t until the Great Society programs of Lyndon Johnson that you saw the unwed black motherhood statistics shooting through the roof. This occurred even as black unemployment dropped (the so-called ‘Moynihan’s scissors’). The pathology of ghetto culture, is not only a black phenomena, of course. But it is crucial to understand this pathology. It is not discussed by the mass media, which talks only of ‘racism’ keeping blacks down. Racism is a bit player, compared to this pathological culture.
As I alluded to in my previous post, you basically have two Americas: The one in which I reside, in my comfortable suburban house, in an ordered life. Then you have the ghetto, in which poor people reside, and MOST children are raised with no Daddies and not properly socialized/parented. Now, most of these children are black and hispanic, but it is their culture, not their genetics, that plays the greatest role in outcomes.
You really didn’t address the variations in homicide rates in African countries. Why do such rates vary so much if all blacks are genetically predisposed to violence? Why aren’t the blacks in my suburban neighborhood shooting each other up in drive-bys like the ones in the ghetto?
Now, all the media talks about is racism and cops shooting innocent people. Now, I do agree, cops occasionally shoot innocent people and should be prosecuted. But those shooting comprise a small fraction of 1% of the homicides in this country. Now, I have been to only one African nation, South Africa. The homicide rate there is astounding; about 7 times that of the US. South Africa is a very corrupt, screwed up country, and tribalism and corruption are contributors.
As for ‘no Jewish’ apostates, I’d definitely disagree. Intermarriage rates for Jews overall are at 58%; they’ve gone up 300% in my lifetime. Amongst non-orthodox Jews, intermarriage is at a staggering 71%. 32% of Jews born after 1980 self-identify as Jews of no religion. Less than a quarter of American Jews even belong to a synagogue. If that isn’t ‘apostasy’, then what is?
Admittedly, my choice of words ‘enlightened muslims’ was a poor one. Islam has never had a Reformation. But as it is practiced in some parts of the world, it is much less damaging than others (think of the extremes of Saudi Wahhabism vs, say, Malaysia)

Terrorism existed long before modern Jihadis. Look at the IRA, the anarchists and their ‘Propaganda of the Deed’, the Irgun (look up the King David Hotel bombing — Jewish terrorists of the 4o’s) — to name but a few.
There are some racial differences that are genetic. There are also some that are social. As one who has lived in Africa and married an African, I would say that blacks are simply more impulsive, more easily moved. This can be an impulse to be generous (they can be seriously generous), to fall down fainting overcome by the holy spirit in their churches or the more unfortunate one is to be tempted and this can lead to ill-thought out crime and sex. Black cultures in Africa, where they have not been ruined by rapid westernisation or civil war tend to be very appropriate for the nature of the people. They are generally respectful, full of familial and social obligation to the clan and tribe (which make intra familial, intra- clan and intra-tribal crime so disproportionately serious that impulse is regulated to bring such crime down to at least western white levels). Inter tribal crime on the other hand is generally sanctioned and virtuous, provided it is done wisely and with sanction of the elders where possible. African cultures sometimes have quite strict ways of attempting to restrict sexuality, particularly in young people and usually paying attention to working with the principles of hypergamy and patriarchy.
African American culture is nothing at all like black African culture. Something is very sick with African American culture. I do wonder if it is actually a hang over from having been a slave people. Of course the US is a big country with a great deal of cultural diversity and there are many black people who do dot practise the urban black culture. But urban African American culture is shockingly alien to African culture and should not be compared with it.

Again, Jews are not monolithic. Compare the life of a Hasidic Jew, to a Reform Jew, to a ‘cultural’ Jew.
Communism is not 100% Jewish. Indeed, the underlying core concepts of commmunal property, date back to ancient Greece. Read Thomas Moore’s Utopia from the early 1500’s — more communal property. The Diggers in England wanted the abolition of private land ownership. And of course, you had all sorts of religious organizations who practiced communal ownership — from Christian monastic orders in medieval times to religious communities such as the Shakers (who predate Karl Marx’s communist manifesto by 70+ years). Karl Marx himself, was anti-semitic. Read ‘On the Jewish Question’ by Marx if you do not believe this. Primary sources are VERY informative. Communism did not just appear out of nowhere; it was an old idea, recycled to fit a new industrial era with more manufacturing and technology, where capital was more important than land.
And of course, Israel is not communist. It’s a corrupt Western democracy, like the United States, with an oppressive Leviathan State. Now, some small fraction (around 2%) of Israelis do live on kibbutzes — essentially communes with no private property — mostly engaged in agriculture…
As for the fake quotes, the fake quote you cite, is attributed to Ariel Sharon, NOT Benjamin Netanyahu. The quote came from IAP-a pro-Hamas front group. So if you’re going to do fake quotes, at least get the attributions correct from the original fake quote.

Now I’m no Zionist. Indeed, I’m completely AGAINST the $134 BILLION dollars of aid sent to Israel since the late 1940’s. If we divided that up by our US population, it’s only maybe $400 each. So the ‘cost’ of all those unintended consequences, is MUCH higher than the $400 + interest I don’t have in my bank account… Those costs are likely 10 to 100 times the $400 but difficult to calculate.
