Exactly, it may do well initially, but I think that the majority of people will only be happy to go and see it the once. It doesn’t look like the kind of film that warrants a second viewing. Even taking all of the political s~~~ out of the equation, the word is that it’s generally rather boring.

have you seen the trailers for the new Star Trek film? It has a Mary Sue looking female alien character who “kicks butt” so I won’t touch that film with a bargepole (although I don’t like the rebooted ST anyway)
