I try to pop in her to get a Red Pill Dose so I won’t backslide very much.
Divorced for almost 11 years.
Got the bulk of my Red Pill Education hands on after my divorce.
Now: very recently retired; focusing on my mental, physical and social well-being.
Trying to stay active in different areas and not isolating myself too much.
Been in Monk mode for 5 years nowI have some hobbies (Motorcycling, Gold Prospecting, etc.) ….just enrolled in some classes at the local city college (Welding and Automotive)
Going to be adding Homebrewing to the Hobby list very soon as well…and later cooking.I am still coming to terms with the very simplest of Red Pill knowledge.
On an intellectual level it’s easy, on an emotional level….not even close: a real struggle.
Anonymous12I think a lot of people have struggles. I find some aspects of life difficult. I guess in the end just do the things you like, limit doing the things you dislike, or don’t do them at all if it is possible. Avoiding relations~~~s with women is helpful as well. Better to stay focus on being happy.
Take it day by day. Time will deal with the emotions… your hobbies too.

Anonymous18The more you will dig with intellectual curiosity the bleaker the situation gets.
The solace is you won’t be on the receiving end of the fraud women call love.
It is of utmost importance for a man to find meaning/validation through his work/hobbies/identity. No wonder you have majority of men slide back to some hue of blue pill after learning about red pill/female nature.
It makes sense too. If all men went MGTOW – who will women leech off of?
What you strugling with?
You are retired and have hobbies… Do you wanna lose it all?
Do you want to live in the streets?
To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

Anonymous5On an intellectual level it’s easy, on an emotional level….not even close: a real struggle.
Same for me, probably the same for everyone. I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to fully accept it emotionally. It’s like the whole map of your life and all your destination points simply vanish. All your previous life goals and values, which are mostly inadvertently women related seem to be now meaningless.
Intellectually it’s easy, especially if you see through the lens of evolution/biology. In fact, you realize it can be no other way.No matter how logically you look at it, it’s still hard to re-adjust to your new life.
Hang in there because for some unknown reason it seems to have calmed right down for me. Not only that, I seem to be more content and easy going with my life than I’ve ever been.
All those Blue Pill performance pressures seem to have disappeared along with the dream. I think minimalism and the NFG seem to follow the red pill whether you try for it or not.I don’t know if this is truth for everyone, but it is for me. Being alone is not the killer. Its the promise of life and being able to build something like a family that you miss in old age. Yea, its drama. Yea, its Pain in the ass bulls~~~. But I don’t think being monk or even MGTOW is the reason for feeling like there is something that you are missing in life.
No, that falls squarely on what Society has done to men. Before, there were children that would Always need your help with something. A flat tire, a bike chain mending etc. Retirement was a time to finally do something that matters that you love to do. Men were Built to mentor others. Show others knowledge and skills. And take that lifetime of experience and pass it on to the next generation.
Alas, here we are. No one is listening but the very sparse few. And the only connection to others happens to be through and with a machine.
Those times where the Grandfather, and the elder was the most prized of that of society. That is for the most part, no more. There was a time where men would celebrate retirement. No more getting up early in the morning to rush to work. No deadlines to meet. Just a life where you Finally are able to breath, relax, and catch up on the things that you are still never going to catch up on.
There was a time where Mothers of old age marveled about the world today. how the chores almost do themselves, and how her husband made her life so wonderful, that she barely has to do a thing but enjoy the time with her husband that gave her so much to be thankful for.
A family that comes together often, and letters, phone calls, and pictures. Everyone no matter the troubles are plodding along life just fine.
What you may be longing for is the dream that was never going to come true. Its in our mind, and that is the only place it exists. The sooner you realize that, the faster you will begin to understand that the thoughts that you ponder on are only the remanence of a time where men & women celebrated their time to finally sit back and enjoy life.
Don’t think to much but wonder about how you survive the unsurvivable. Like it or not, you made it where most men never do.
All the idea’s thrown about purpose, hobbies etc does leave a man wondering if there was more to this life. The truth is there once was. But that time is no more.
But there is good news. Each and everyday that goes by, you will be able to do Whatever the heck you want. If that means just treating yourself to a nice meal. Or simply spending the time you want to go places, or see things. You should do whatever comes to mind. Whatever you do, don’t think to much. Just enjoy. And hell, if that involves a woman so what. You know how to keep yourself safe. Just do it away from the place where you find peace.
And lastly, don’t think about your past. You still have a bright ending to this troubled life we have all had to live. Its time to think about how you would want to live life if it was all up to you.
You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
You have been Monk for 5 years, and divorced for 11 years.
That’s a LOT OF TIME AWAY, and I think this Time and Space may have made you kind of forget just how bad woman/relationships can be. I don’t mean that you don’t have memories, but Time, Distance, and Space AWAY from Woman has helped you to mend your past issues with your ex to a degree that you can get on with your life.
This is part of the natural healing process, and a good thing because it allows you to move forward, and not be stuck in the pain of yesterday.
This is also a bad thing because at some level your Blue Pill programming is tying to tell you to go back to the plantation. The Blue Pill is trying to coax you back by “pulling on your heart strings”. In other words, you’re a lil emotionally f~~~ed up, lonely, wishing/desiring that it all wasn’t a LIE, etc. etc.
NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE INSIDIOUS POWER OF THE BLUE PILL !!!!!
REMEMBER, YOU ARE IN CONTROL, YOU ARE DOING ALL OF THIS TO YOURSELF !!!
Most Men will never eradicate the Blue Pill, and all the societal/biological programming that goes along with it, but MOST Men have the ability to manage/control it through Red Pill logic, application, and behavior. It will not always be easy, but be vigilant, and this to shall pass !!!

Yes, this is the best advice anyone can give you. I would have given up years ago without this simple basic philosophy.
ODAT
One Day At a Time
Everyday is a struggle. Everyday that you see through…is a VICTORY. Survived another day, congratulate yourself and go to sleep. Tomorrow begins anew.
I know what you mean OP I think most all of us here have been through or experience struggle. I still have bad days its natural. I have learned my state of mind is up to me. Your state of mind is up YOU. The mind can run amuck – switch it off when it does so – by changing state/doing something different even if its washing the dishes – direct your mind with your higher self with your soul. Do whatever makes you better NFG.
As Awakened states – Do not dwell in the past. Do not regret about the past – do not worry about the future – life is NOW
You are FREE from a woman and the marriage CON-tract. You are ALIVE. A million people die each night in the world – Remember to smile each morning you wake as you are alive. Play music you like. Breathe deeply – Qi Gong exercises – learn to calm your nervous system. Set some small goals – even if its cleaning the house or the car that is a good start. Every small step is a victory. Get outside into nature or beside water it will help heal your body and soul and wellbeing. Walk barefoot on the earth or swim/dip in the sea it actually helps. Laugh 3 times each day no matter what – it will help.
‘If’ you enjoy reading read funny/new/though provoking/enriching books – be open minded. Whether you agree with the author or not reading is good to stimulate your brain and realise one’s self as a MAN. A man is more than an animal.
Some of the books I read in the past year include:
Mastery – Robert Greene
Natural Highs – Patrick Holford (natural foods/substances etc that improve wellbeing/state of mind)
The Climb – Anatoli Boukreev
Who Moved my Cheese – Spencer Johnson
Confessions of an Economic Hitman – John Perkins
Finn MacCool – The legendary Hero of Old Ireland / Brian Boru Emperor of the Irish
Anthony DeMello – Awareness (Demello was a Jesuit priest also with some understanding of wisdom of the Eastern texts)
Rethinking Darwin – Lief Anderson (a fascinating read)
Change your Life in 7 days – Paul McKenna
How to lose friends and alienate people by Toby Young is blue pill nonsense but it made me laugh.
Tyson – the undisputed truth
Trump – Think like a BillionaireThe Holy Christian Bible
The Bhagavad Gita – As it is (the Holy text of Hinduism/ Vedism/ Vaishnaivism)
Entering the Tao – Master Ni’s Guide for Self Cultivation
Beyond Illusion and Doubt – A Vedic perspective on Western Philsophy
Tao te Ching – Lao Tsu
The Lone Samaurai – The Life of Miyamoti Musahi
Sun Tzu for Execution – How to us the Art of WarFeminism was funded by bankers/politicians to create more taxpayers. MGTOW IS FREEDOM https://archive.org/details/mgtowisfreedomblurayready
Another book I would add to the list is Meditations by Marcus Aurelius
“If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.” – Marcus Aurelius, Meditations.
Everyday you are struggling or trying to find your place in the world analyze where it is coming from, you are the only one that has the power to remove the negative thoughts from your mind. Those things that bother you are the result of you giving power to those things. Once you stop thinking about them and move on to other more positive things in your life the negative has no place to take root in your thoughts anymore and the struggle slowly disappears over time.
Forgive yourself for the past mistakes, failure is a part of life we are all human and from failure always comes success that is the only way you can be successful. You are on a journey learn from the mistakes and pat yourself on the back for surviving the divorce and any other bad thing that happened in your life. You still have your health and people like us to talk to and help you when you are feeling down just take a deep breath and relax and expel the negative thoughts churning in your mind and as you do this over time they will slowly begin to dissolve into nothingness.
You are strong and nothing can hold you back but yourself you have all the power.
In other words, you’re a lil emotionally f~~~ed up, lonely, wishing/desiring that it all wasn’t a LIE
I know in my head, not only do I struggle with it all being a lie, but I cycle with misguided hope that it was just a nightmare that I will wake from. Never going to happen – regardless of how much I wish for it. Back to trying to teach my dog to talk – I was so close, and he so wanted to please me. And then he died. Never spoke. And it was never a nightmare – it was the red pill of reality.
Some of the books I read in the past year include:
Christopher, you neglected to include any empowering, inspiration books written by women. I’ll give you my list of them to provide a more balanced library:
1.
Hope that helps.

I am still coming to terms with the very simplest of Red Pill knowledge. On an intellectual level it’s easy, on an emotional level….not even close: a real struggle.Understand. Brought up in a system where you were the man king of his castle and the woman fit in as the queen. Everything worked out right and everyone was happy. The hard part is realizing this is 2018, not the 50’s and 60’s where this was a foundation stone. Feminism has totally destroyed that, the only thing to do is realize the situation and move forward.
Right now you are a golden jackpot. Be careful in your interactions with women, they can smell gold. Don’t want to end up sitting on a park bench in the same jeans you have had on for a month regretting getting to know a woman.
mgtow is its own worst enemy- https://www.campusreform.org/

There’s a HUGE difference between saying that you understand the Red Pill, and actually assimilating it into your system and allowing it to seep it into your ongoing thought process, daily actions, and behaviors.

I totally get that sir, its the same for me at 32 years old, I’m also 5 years monk.
I would encourage you to put down drinking if you think you have a problem. A title like “Almost everyday is a struggle..” has us concerned for you. You should be incredibly happy and experiencing more joy and freedom than ever before. Retried and divorced? you have it made sir!
Alcohol is a depressant. Screw brewing your own poison. That s~~~ may give a nice buzz for the first few minutes, then it ruins your whole day. Just my opinion.
I keep thinking Im going to break my 5 years of not being laid, by going out and starting a nice little relations~~~ with a bitch. You know what, I never do it. Because I already know Im going to hate that bitch immediately after I cum and I will regret ever getting to know her. Its a tough thing to regulate and accept. I still get ‘red pill rage’ because I want the affection and sex SO bad, yet I f~~~ing know good and well they have no LOVE, they steal my love and then s~~~ all over me and theyre cutthroats. Its sucks and its enough to p~~~ you off and make you sad, even years later but its the truth.
Lots of good advice on this thread from the men of this website. Its one of the reasons why this website is awesome.
Christopher, you neglected to include any empowering, inspiration books written by women. I’ll give you my list of them to provide a more balanced library:1. Hope that helps.
Thanks for your help Twist :-). Oh yes I forgot the Ladieeez – Ooops. Im not saying there is not any good books written by women there are some. Yet as I scan my book shelf right now I had not really remarked on it before but the vast majority (probably 95%) are male authors. Men have larger brains than women so write better more intelligent books. For example, the top 100 chess players in the world are all men – there are good women chess players too – but the best ones are men.
Also on my ‘to read’ list is that succesful series of novels by a male author that John MGTOW is Freedom spoke about – the feminists went beserk about his work for years and consequently his publisher was forced to drop him – so he started successfully self publishing – the authors name escapes me right now. I will look it up later.

You aren’t referring to the fantasy Gor novels. i.e. Tarnsmen of Gor etc. There were a bunch of them and they were written by John Norman. The series started in the sixties. I might be way off here but i remember seeking them out in the late seventies and early eighties.
Everyday above ground is a good one. Everyday above ground while single...better still.
To OP: many of us battle doubts and calls back to the plantation. I often fall into a nihilistic let it all burn attitude. Keep building the life you want and find your meaning and purpose for this stage of your life.
Good luck and keep struggling and living. It’s worth it.Everyday above ground is a good one. Everyday above ground while single...better still.
RealityBites, like many on this thread, I would make several suggestions on to reasons to live. But, instead I will ask you a question that keeps me alive. That question is, “where is the rush?”
By that, I mean there is no rush to die. There are several mundane things to do to spend time on. Also, it looks like the end of the world is going to happen sooner rather than later.
Leaving right now would be like walking out of a movie right before the climax. We have been here this long, we might as well see how things play. At the very least, it will be entertaining.
In the mean time, I have founds some closure in watching people, whom had a hand in destroying my life, destroy themselves.
Now, if you are worried about going insane. Do not. Worrying can drive one insane. Besides, as long as you are polite and not a danger to anyone, nor yourself, you can be as insane as you want and there is nothing anyone can do about it.
You do not have to be insane, but it does help.
Yeah everyday is a struggle.
Every day is also a revelation. Something new will suddenly enter your awareness. That nugget may be something sad, interesting, or just a clue to why existence is important. It will always have some hidden meaning for you to find.
A day with pain, still beats a day of learning nothing, or worse death. It is not cliche to remember that pain can make you feel alive.
Chronic pain has taught me that. Declining health has taught me that. Living with a woman who hates what I represent, has taught me that. She tries every day to destroy me, and cause me emotional suffering. She hates that I can resist, and am far stronger this way, and smarter than she will ever be.
Understanding women is easy. It is not the same as understanding ourselves, and what great things as Men we are capable of doing.
For example…..
Women are never really happy. Until you can honesty live with the knowledge that you are not the one filling the world with hate or pain, you will never survive living with a womanz. The hatred they project is something that makes you stronger, not weaker — because it gives you awareness. A gift they cannot comprehend without being taught early in life. Few women are ever taught this, so see no need for it. Only material and emotional gain drives them as a result.
They make you a victim when you try to feel for them, and as their friends try to make them happy again. But they do not want to be happy, so you are wasting your energy. Emphasizing with them is how they manipulate on one hand, and victimize your normally well controlled emotions on the other hand. As emotional creatures they seek to make you weak, so that they can feel strong. That only happens when they make you a victim.
As a victim you learn the power of self-awareness, which is what gives you the wisdom to than be a Survivor of many things. It also gives you an understanding of why women are never to be trusted, because they are not capable of being reliable as companions or friends. They do not feel sympathy for your pain. They feed off it. Just like they feed off the pain and suffering and emotional devastation you see them absorb from chick flicks and chick fiction. That suffering is something their souls have to feed on. It also shows how mentally sick most of them really are.
So as much as you feel daily pain — know that trying to understand that pain will open up the portals by which you become aware of what is greatness worth holding on to, and what is s~~~ worth letting go of.
You are a Man. Be proud of your greatness. Women will always envy what goals we have in wanting to be Men.
At least we see value in struggle 🙂
"Women have become so full of hatred that they are blind to reason and humanity. That which they practice will be the end of humanity, long before any war that men may fight.." "Women are predators by nature. Why else do you think they are so quick to gang up and go after a man they hate for showing any sign of weakness?"
