I had my first girlfriend at 17. To be honest with you, she, and many other women, may be looking for verification in the event that she thinks you are interested in women who look like models, while i am guessing she does not look like those girls. Women also hold a different type of double standards, one being that they can have friends of the opposite sex be more open with them and maintain a social norm. Do not give in. I am here to tell you, those are not her friends and they would bang her the first chance they got. I would not bang my male friends. You bet your ass i would get with any chick i liked enough to call friend, especially if it was open enough for us to comment things like “sexy” on each other’s pics. Rise above, keep looking at models, be a f~~~ing G, and move on with no stress. Unless shes banging them, take it as a complement that guys like what you have. If she is banging them, walk off laughing that they tasted your dick, and relish in the fact that she is their problem now. Otherwise, please do not get this type of chick pregnant, and focus on science. If you did, you would realize that all of this is nothing but primal instinct and chemical reactions in the brain. She is your dealer, and you are hooked on PEA, oxytocin and seratonin, with a dose of dopamine on the side. You’re 17, get out there and focus on other things besides jealousy and social media.

Echoing the above poster (50 year old), I am a 27 year old single dad with custody of my kid. I strongly agree with everything you said, especially social media. Unless its a business page, delete them all. I also agree that being in shape is also one of the biggest keys to happiness. Nothing like seeing an ex after a break up and you look bad ass and she gained 15 pounds. My high school reunion looked like Paula Deen did the damn catering.

Thanks for the advice and encouragement. I am far from 17. Lol. I am in very good shape and I live a very easy going life. No drama. You are correct in your comment that those so call d men friends of hers would bang her if given a chance. I am sleeping with one eye open and have since shut off certain feelings
