I work in a female dominated industry. I have always been the "good guy". After 2 years in the industry, for me being able to just say a firm "no" when they come fluttering their eyelids at me asking for a favor has been a great personal achievement for me. The general consensus of my behavior lately tends to be "you used to be such a nice guy, what happened"? I WOKE UP!
