I was bound to be misunderstood, and I laugh at those who misunderstand me. Kind mockery at the well intentioned, but unfettered cruelty towards those would be prison guards of my creative possibilities. This so as to learn as much from misunderstanding as from understanding. Taking pleasure in worthy opponents and making language fluid and flowing like a river yet pointed and precise as a dagger. Contradicts the socialistic purpose of language and makes for a wonderful linguistic dance, A verbal martial art with constant parries that hone the weapon that is the two edged sword of my mouth.

I’m a natural lurker. I’ll probably do an intro eventually, I just keep putting it off as there is no urgency as I have no need to post anything, don’t have much to say in the intro anyway and I’d probably go right back to lurking afterwards anyway.
The only reason I bothered creating an account anyway was Jan posted a thread on a Saturday morning over a year ago asking about South Africa and I thought I’d reply, but by the time I got signed up somebody else replied with something good enough so I didn’t bother doing anything further.
I do appreciate the discussions here so I check latest topics every day or two.
