Paul Joseph Watson of YouTube made a video on the effects soy has on men, which lowers their testosterone and raises estrogen, leading to ’em becoming pussies.

Soy beans are used in poly-synthetics, soy oil in particular. Hmmm??? I wonder if corn oil has the same properties, it’s also used in poly-synthetics.

I only burn polypropylene and polyethylene made from propane or ether, Only manly stuff goes in the rocket stove! No estrogen clouds here! But I’m not sure, the high oxygen the ultra high temperatures (2,000+) even destroys rubber without any smoke! I burn all my old sneakers this way, only because I payed money for them and ringing out every last cent! Otherwise I don’t burn rubber, unless it’s on rim!

There’s been an attack on soy because of this for years now. I don’t have a strong opinion one way or the other but I will say this. We should probably spend less time worrying about soy and more time worrying about all of the man-made chemicals that many of us pump into our bodies daily.

I didn’t watch the video, but if memory serves me correctly, I think that one would have to consume a hell of a lot of soy to reduce your testosterone, and increase your estrogen levels.

This being said, I still don’t think soy is all that great of a food/protein source anyways, and I avoid it, but I don’t get carried away about avoiding it either.

Like most things, a lil probably won’t harm you, but way too much might.

I think that it’s been researched and documented that wearing a f~~~in “man-bun’ automatically decreases a man’s testosterone level minimally by 50%. LOL

Civilizations and cultures which have consumed soy for many years (Korea for instance) always fermented it to make it safe. I like most soy products (it’s even used in copious amounts in beef jerky), but I don’t eat it because the arguments against it are very plausible, if not proven for certainty.

    Soy is seriously bad stuff.

It is an inflammatory. It can cause joint pain and other side effects reacted to inflammation.

Soy is not the same. First of all, find out how it is extracted. Soy that is extracted by aid of Hexanes is definitely, a no-no. Organic soy is wonderful. Great replacement to meat, the effect on testosterone is questionable at best and to me smacks more of a campaign from some competing forces.

My ranking of proteins is the Follows:

    1. Hemp

    2. Pea

    3. Rice

Where is soy then? I am not as definite, but would at least put it in top 10.

When it comes to meat, I would say avoid red as the plague (also some vegan bias, but maybe I will post an essay about this later on); poultry is better, but it is getting harder and harder to get good stuff. The way chickens are caged and raised today is prone to develop lots of fear and anguish for life of the poor crestures, which is bound to affect their hormones in many ways, notwithstanding that hormones is also ADDED. You will hear “experts” tell, you to eat red meat to raise your T. I say BULLS~~~!! If you think animal hormone will help you develop your own, don’t buy any bridges at this time.

Fish: Getting more and more difficult to find something that is free of heavy metals, which is a KILLER for heart muscle, hormonal optimization and much more.

I know, Please don’t label me a Vegan fanatic. A fanatic is one who believes and doesn’t want to educate one self. Trust me, I wouldn’t say s~~~ without having read and read and read.
