Normally I dont like to intrude on other people; meaning I dont “rat” people out without cause. Ive personally made mistakes myself, so I overlook others mistakes unless they were intending nefarious intentions on me directly.

Having said that, something tonight really p~~~ed me off. I live in a downtown area, so Im accustomed to noise. But tonight, a Monday night nonetheless, I kept hearing repetitive screaming. I look out the window and theres some dudes in an SUV, obviously drunk, driving round and round the parking lot with ALL doors open and two dudes standing on the roof filming the view with their cell phones. I watched for a few minutes. P~~~ed at the noise. Considered making a call, but remembered my younger days and didnt want these dudes getting in more trouble over this, even though it was stupid and annoying.

Few minutes later and the guys get in the car, and a girl who appeared to be wearing merely braw and panties is standing on the roof of the car. They drive around five times filming her as she squeals and screams. This set me off. If a dude did that s~~~ (nearly naked) it would be a sexual offense.

This s~~~ just p~~~es me off. Anyone else relate to this? I *almost* called the cops when I saw this. But didnt want to get involved. I called the property managent and they said “ya we see it but its not on our property. You can call the police if you want”.

In todays day and age, what man wants to be involved in calling the police over this. Id be assumed guilty for looking.

I called the property managent and they said “ya we see it but its not on our property. You can call the police if you want”.

Even the property manager is concerned about not getting involved & tried to put it back on you. Not sure if I buy the reason they gave, but yeah.

In todays day and age, what man wants to be involved in calling the police over this. Id be assumed guilty for looking.

I do anything I can to avoid talking with the police…It just costs and/or causes more headache than I wish to pay & I don’t have a BIG enough aspirin for it.

I really think my tolerance level & threshold for BS is damn near zilch, zero, big f~~~ing nada. I agree, that kind of s~~~ really is a pain in the ass, I probably would just put my headphones on, certainly would do that before involving myself.

It would have to be some serious s~~~ going down to get me to involve myself & call the police.

That’s why I sleep with earplugs. The whole neighborhood can burn down, I don’t give a s~~~. My tolerance for idiocy is zero.

I semi retired 12 years ago and bought a winter time condo less than half a mile from a notorious entertainment area called The Cross in Sydney-au.
The Cross, like any busy center of a large city never sleeps. Bars, brothels, pubs, restaurants, dives and s~~~ty fast food outlets are the norm and so are hookers, dealers, deadbeats, humanity and f~~~ing endless noise. For entertainment I would watch the crowds from the condo’s portico. People having fun, fighting, f~~~ing, screaming and lets not forget the endless motorcade, but always that noise.

First three nights were almost a total loss as far as getting any sleep was concerned. So the only solution for me was to isolate myself from all that s~~~. It may have been a bit of a over kill, but within six weeks I had all windows including the sliding doors replaced with same items but triple glazed and tinted at a cost almost too embarrassing to admit but every dollar well spent and sanity retained.

I *almost* called the cops when I saw this. But didnt want to get involved. I called the property managent and they said “ya we see it but its not on our property. You can call the police if you want”.In todays day and age, what man wants to be involved in calling the police over this. Id be assumed guilty for looking.

That is the a big problem, when you live in a community with little or no community values because people tend to mind their own business unlike in smaller cities or towns. Getting involved is a case of “damned if you do, damned if you don’t.” The risks of getting involved are ever growing greater, that you may end up on the receiving end of an angry/violent person, crowd or the police so it’s a struggle between your conscience, civic duty or personal safety. I’m 59 and I know which I would choose and damn what others may think. I’ve done my bit for the society.

Starting trouble with other people including calling the cops could be a fatal mistake if you happen to mess with the wrong person. Many criminals have no qualms about carrying concealed weapons.

Better not to unless something really bad is going on.

@DRS_au I don’t know how you do it, live, near The Cross mate. I’m just up the coast from you and I hate even going out in Sydney anymore, mostly, as I always feel unsafe. Did the lock out laws help the noise for you?

I have an extremely high tolerance for idiots, drunks, addicts and c~~~s. I do my best to avoid them, but having a job that deals with the public means I can’t avoid them.

You learn to tune them out pretty quickly. Just let them scream and cry. It doesn’t phase me anymore. I just think about how much my life is better than theirs and it makes me happier.

When I am not at work, I just avoid conflict. Not my problem. Someone else can deal with it.

S~~~ done from my brothers? Immense.

From c~~~s? Zero. Don’t even try it.

I f~~~ing hate noise. When I am home or in a hotel or wherever……..I just have no tolerance for other people’s noise.

I dream of the day I can live on acres and acres of land in the woods. Don’t know if that day will ever come but a man can dream I guess.

Even that isn’t enough sometimes. I bought a a few wooded acres outside of town in a remote area 9 years ago, only to find out that around the surrounding area was littered with hillbilly meth types.

And the woods make alot of noise at night. Took a while to get adjusted. Found out if you shoot enough targets during the day, there isn’t as much noise at night.

This is why I don’t watch TV and I pay high property taxes to live apart from young idiots. If people are spread out enough it’s usually not an issue, but if people are packed more closely together you need to have high incomes, as people with high incomes generally don’t like acting as idiotic, especially at night when they should be sleeping.

Gotta say Im pleasantly surprised by the general consensus. I thought most people would have said “call the cops you bitch!”; but THAT probably would have been the consensus with non MGTOW.

They say evil pervails when good men fail to act; but when you live in a society where everything is so inverted, that no longer seems to be the case. Ones more concerned about covering their own ass when justice is more commonly not served.

It p~~~ed me off 10x more when the chick got on the roof of the suv. Shes half naked. When the guys were on top they were filming the scene of the buildings around them, fully clothed. The girl gets up and its ALL about HER. Half naked and the guys filming her as the center of attention.

So many guys are so diluted in their thinking theyd just say “thats hot!” No its not. I dont need another special snow flake being the center of all attention with zero consequences. I cant tell you how many times people have been shocked when I mock the cheer leader on tv. Just another attention whore giving nothing and taking all she can, basking in her “glory”.

G’day m8. Well I have lived and worked in Canberra for 46 years this coming november. I used to do a lot of motor racing at Amaroo, Oran Park, Eastern Creek blah blah blah and always had the s~~~s getting and renting hotel/motel rooms. So I decided to kill three birds with one stone. Buy the condo for investment, winter retreat and not having to worry about any rental arrangements on race weekends. The condo is in the Horizon building on Forbes st. half way up and overlooks William st and Darlinghurst rd. so I got an eagle eye view.
I rent it out on short 6 month lease between September and february, so no, I do not live there all the time. Maybe 3 to 4 month of the year while the weather is cold in Canberra.
As far as noise level after the lock out laws, . . . . only a minor improvement. The sound of traffic and people still tends to bounce around a lot and travels upwards, and I am upwards in that building so no joy if windows and sliding doors are open. Anyhow, I could not live there full time mate, it would drive me f~~~ing apes~~~
Oh and on safety, . . . . well lets say I go out prepared even if I’m only wearing shorts and a t-shirt.

Im not well travelled enough to know the implications of “the cross”. Im not being a smart ass- Ive never been to your country. What is this area really like?

In the same vein of thought: are muslims pervasive in Australia, or does it still have an organically ethnic feel to the country?

Ive never been to Australia. Id love to go, but now Id feel if I went Id meet more middle easterners than Australians.

    Is this true?

I concur, never ever call the cops for anything if your a single guy. To them you are the guy that started the trouble.

“Your Tolerance Level & Threshold for BS”

I thought it was higher, but the other day I surprised myself and totally lost my s~~~ in about 10 seconds. I’m waiting to order a coffee and there’s a lady behind me too. Two Ameriskanks (no older than 22) who look like the average, soft, plain, slow-paced and flabby college chicks ….. were talking to the barista behind the counter. I’m thinking they are ordering coffee, but then I listen and they are talking about body piercings. “OMG really? (the barrista listening intently with a lineup waiting) Ya! the needle was like not as like bad as I like thought it would be. I it was like…..”

    “A Triple shot Americano please”.

One of the skanks turns and looks at me like “Oh no you dzi-ent”.
(like how dare you interrupt a female)

Oh yes I dzid. There are people waiting behind you, and you are talking about body piercings. “

She’s looking at me with all that one-finger-up thing, and she says: “RELAX its OKAY”.

“No it’s not f~~~ing OK. Time is money sweetheart. Now MOVE and get the f~~~ out of my way. PEOPLE ARE BUSY. Jesus Christ.”

The lady behind me is looking like Im her new best friend.
But the bitches coiled away fast. “Yeah you go girls!!! Go with God. But just go!”

I dunno, maybe I drank bad milk that day or something. Or maybe they really were just a couple of slow, inconsiderate t~~~s. Who can say, but I think my tolerance for BS is approaching f~~~ing zero. Don’t get me wrong. I actually LIKE that about myself. If I were the kind of guy stood there waiting for them to finish their stupid conversation, I would hate that about me.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

So highly irritating on so many levels.

Getting involved with anything like that in this day and age is an almost instant backlash on the well-meaning individual.

Everything gets so twisted and distorted that you can’t even begin to know what the expect.

Using logic to deal with a completely illogical situation or set of circumstances these days almost inevitably turns out to be to one’s own detriment.

The manager’s response is typical, and almost universally echoed now and about. Essentially:

“I’ve done this before, got bitten in the ass……….you’re welcome to try brother, but honestly, it’s not even worth the trouble it will cause me or you”.
