I am training something similar.

I wasn’t an acrobat when I was a kid, but an explorer (have the scars to prove it).

Doctors said, when I was still pre-teenager, I would never be able to do these things (on the video), slowly, but surely, I am proving them wrong.

I will be old one day… And STILL be doing things like this.
