It’s the same in Australia for many many years since I arrived here I have never been on the dole and no matter what found a job.

Somewhat difficult now with age creeping up but still get a little mad seeing young and middle aged people sill healthy sitting on their asses via the dole. There are a lot of them. There is work about where I live but they get more on the dole.

Best part is the goatf~~~ers now get more social services than I could ever get. And I am paying for it.

What kind of job could those women do? Testing the weight limits of office chairs?

Most jobs today require some kind of skills and I would not want such a lazy fat arse in my company. In the end she will bring down efficiency and productivity. I bet all company owners see it like this.

There is the public sector. Productivity is not such a big issue, there are also tasks unskilled workers can do, like cleaning. But (a very big but): In a very short time those jobs will become regular, because SJW and unions will demand it. They will demand more money and it’s likely they will push some real companies out of business. In the end it’s a program to funnel tax money to a horde of lazy bitches all over the country.
The public sector in all western countries is already a sanctuary for lazy, unneeded people. Millions of bulls~~~ jobs, just to keep the unemployment rate down.

Another possible way would be education. Welfare in exchange for education. You join some classes, maybe learn a new profession, you will get money or food stamps. I don’t think of college degrees, more practical stuff like learning to cook, child care or making a financial plan. This is something a lot of those people never learned, some in the 3rd or 4th generation. They lack every day skills most people take for granted. Of course it would also teach a regular lifestyle if you have to get up every day and be on time in class.
If people have this skills, teach them other stuff: computers, agriculture, crafting skills, fixing stuff etc. If you are late in class, fail in a test or something like that your money is reduced. If you don’t show up, no money. The goal of such a system would be to help those are really want to get out and annoy those who just want to have a lazy life and don’t take responsibility. They soon will find out a regular job is much less annoying then to be treated like a child. They have the choice of going to school to the end of their life or start being responsible.
This has at least the potential to create some real jobs, for teachers as well as in companies providing services for such a system or trying to find skilled people. It would get people off the streets and in a ordered life, without the risk of creating just another army of lazy people in government employment.
