Even so after the robot gets neutralized it won’t call the police and claim assault and battery. I would make it mandatory for robots to have a limited life span as in Blade Runner, and have an emergency kill switch for if/when they get out of control. Other than that, I would be very interested in buying an intelligent doll because it should soon be possible to order one with the exact characteristics that appeal to me – the right kind of body, the right face, hair etc. What’s not to like?
