Anonymous13That title will mean different things to every single one of you, depending on your journey.
When I was very young, a long time ago, I always had a deep fascination with the stars, space and time.
I’d often watch the night sky for hours and wonder about it all. It absolutely fascinated me.
You don’t need a telescope, it’s amazing what you can see on a clear night and with a quality pair of binoculars. Sit in stillness on a clear, dark night and just scan the skies. The stars and galaxies that are brought into focus with the binoculars versus what the naked eye sees are quite mind blowing.
We’re all here and have suffered various struggles in life, and sometimes we need a little perspective on things and the stuff we’ve been put through.
Once out the other side of the s~~~ vortex, it’s nice to reconnect with that side of you, that once was, who you once were and the wonders you once had deep inside.
With that in mind I wanted to post this Hubble video of the deep space field. I’m sure many of you are familiar but it’s good to watch again and lose yourself in it as the focus takes you right out into deep space and the dim and distant past.
It really puts things in perspective.
Every single, dot, smudge and blur of light in the deep field is an entire galaxy filled with billions of stars.
As we look into the deep field at distant galaxies that are tens of thousands of light years away, we’re also looking back in time tens of thousands of years.
For that is how long the light from these images took to reach us.
We’re looking at that galaxy field as it was tens of thousands of years ago. Some of them may not even exist anymore, and will have certainly moved huge distances since then.
It’s worth a watch of the whole thing but at least come in from 3:15s onwards and then at 4:20s where the zoom back in time begins.
That zoom as we go into deep space field and the back ground music playing always sends chills down me.
.
One day the Universe, as far as we know, will end. All Entropy will stop and the last glowing embers will go out, every last molecule in the Universe will eventually stop vibrating and become the same temperature as space around it.
Nothing further will happen.
And it will keep not happening. Forever.
One day, all of us, will stop from happening and we will stop happening. Forever.
While we’re here, it’s entirely up to you.

I remembered…I wanted to buy a decent telescope to look at the stars…Perhaps when I have extra cash I will indulge in that pleasure…
When I was young, I used to stare at the sky at night especially during black outs…Just to stare at the stars or the moon and just wonder what is out there…
Thanks for reminding me what fascinated me when I was young…
I stand with feet apart and let my balls hang free...Manginas dont have balls...See how they stand and sit at the whim of their masters...

That’s what I feel, we all got lost somewhere in the ‘s~~~ vortex’ and forgot how we once were.
So focused and intent on our own survival.
When the storm dissipates, and it will, we can have that peace and wonderment about life again.
For those who found that music haunting, as do I, it’s here, the full version.
You can lose yourself in it.

Anonymous0It can be seen in every possible direction, if only we are allowing ourselves to see. We can look at the macro- and at the micro-universe. Even the most simple things can show us something amazing.
I really liked watching two fluids of different density mix.Imagining the details of kinescopic lamp shooting photons at the screen to show movies, news or just some plain bullcrap.
Imagining our whole reality as a part of an atom of another world, with different beings thinking as we do about their lifes.
Imagining how many different worlds can hide in a single water droplet.Watching birds and living through their perspective.
And there we are, a portion of the dust, with a glow in our eyes to reach our dreams before our spark will go out.
That’s mind blowing! And that’s just one section of the sky. If you ever get lonely just look up.
"what a waste of a life, to marry, give up your freedom, just for the hope of not dying alone. Don't get married Son."

Yes, it just focused on a tiny little, unremarkable section of sky for 11 days and with the filters it saw into ETERNITY.
And all THAT is in every single direction you can point it at.

Anonymous54An astronemer freind told me to sart with a good pair of astronemy binoculers first.
Its not so much about power, but rather how much light they let in.
Need to get me some.
Nice post Spirit RR!!!Excellent insight, SpiritRR. This is a very important life lesson.

Thanks, Bro.
I took some time out star gazing.
Great post indeed, SpiritRR.
We need to be reminded of the finiteness of everything and with this realization comes the possibility of making the best of the time we have.
We’re just organisms flying through space on a pebble. But it’s nice to know other organisms who think alike.
Have a good day, man.
