Today, is Friday, August 16, 2019.

The court has given plenty of notice that I am NO longer on PROBATION. So WHY are the Police Investigating NEW charges? That’s a REALLY good Question!

So, my goal today was to get my stuff from the Domestic Violence Probation Office. Another.. 5 hours out of my life I won’t get back.

So, lets start with the “lies”:

1. You have to talk to your probation officer. (I don’t have one)
2. We need your full name and Date of Birth before you can see the Supervisor. (O really?)
3. The Property Officer is not here. (Boy, she looked there to me 🙂 Even handed me my Bag)
4. We can’t give you back you property. (My RX Glasses are evidence?, they give me my BAG back)
5. There is a new active investigation by the PDX Police office for new charges. (o REALLY?)
6. All your stuff that was not electronic was returned to you. (Nope)

So, I Look through my bag, they took WORK paperwork from Wells Fargo, & My Legal papers, and the evidence that I had that I had already completed the DV classes, AND where the STATE WORKER said to go pick up my kid that started this whole mess! And MR. Andrew Altman (andrew.altman@multco.us) ( 503-988-4391 ) stated that he was there and he made overseen the whole thing. Well, turns out my BAG is my laptop bag was ripped/CUT UP to see if there was any other electronics items hidden inside the bag it seems.

Also, when I asked him why they did not bother with these Micro USB Thumb Drives, he said they were Mouse Dongles. Boy, that is some REAL police work! 🙂

It’s ONLY gets better from here. So, He threatened me to leave the facility and did not want me to ask any more questions or inquire about the warrant used. In fact, he kept waving his hands in my face. Not only that, I asked him politely why he was being so rude and defensive, and he goes. (can’t make this up, Just like some teens you know…)

“REALLY??? REALLY??? REALLY!!! ”

He just kept getting angrier and more defensive. By now, the property lady had left. So this is where it gets really interesting.

He said, “You don’t know why I have seen you over 7 times.” I had to say that I have never even met or seen him before, and then he said “you had a bad memory.” I think this was to say that he had answered my Complaint forms? Not sure. But the thing is? He said, “you can file another grievance”. I said, “are you going to answer the first 5? Like the one about me not going to be able to pick up my sick mom in Dubai? Or going to my Medical Appointments?” He then said that I had to leave right after that. I said, “sure, but don’t you think that these missing items should be logged?” He said nothing. So, get this….

I have NO PAPERWORK that I RECEIVED MY ITEMS. Not making this up. They DID make a copy of my Drivers License. But that was the Nice lady that was helping me.

Here is the thing, THEY MADE SURE TO DRAG THIS TILL 4PM, so that the court house was closed.

I was able to get a reason why they are STILL holding my stuff. Get this? THE POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING NEW CHARGES? And this is after the judge already said that MY ITEMS ARE TO BE RETURNED BACK TO ME, and THREW OUT THE NEW CHARGES THEY TRIED TO FILE IN COURT LAST TIME.

So I was able to get a case number. Report ID 19-188952

Okay. But the thing is, it’s still as far as I can tell, that case number is from the DV PROBATION OFFICE? The one that got thrown out by the judge. Hmm. And if the police are investigating it, WHY IS IT IN THE DV-PROBATION OFFICE PROPERTY? NOT POLICE PROPERTY? Mind you, I have the Property FORM FROM THE POLICE OFFICE and my Property that was in there holding, was not there that was listed on my form that they had received.. That IS REALLY AGAINST THE LAW. Hmmm..

Does the government need permission from the court before it takes my property? :

Basically, you need a Warrant to search or keep your property. And since that was not granted when the DA and my Probation officer asked for it, they were not able to destroy the evidence as they wished they could to hide their tracks is my assumption. However, I think they did much more then that. And Wells Fargo, and COMTECH are not really happy with whats going on. And wouldn’t you know it, they had a Data Security threat this month.

Now guess what? What can I do? Well call the ACLU? Sure. But what else? How about FILE A LAWSUIT! DDJ, I could use your help here MR. Bob Lewis! 🙂

Thing is, you know what really got me going WTF? He told me: “You will be back here again soon”

That was not in reference to picking up my Property mind you; That was a unmitigated THREAT of HARM or INTENT. PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

Like I said, they have ZERO intention of following the law. And now that I am not on Probation? They are going to try to get my EX to file some kind of complaint that I violated the DVRO order that was extended MONDAY. MARK MY WORDS!

SO here is the thing. If your Pal, iMickey503 does not post again for a while? It’s a safe bet I got the ONE CALL that DOES IT ALL, and I am back in jail.

I have actually stopped taking phone calls. In fact, my phone is being put away to be certified by a Portland Computer Forensics that my phone was Operated and tampered with while in their custody and data erased or copied. So, I have not even turned my phone on. I have person I know that has ties to one of the BEST Jewish Lawyers ever for Data Forensics and law governing data protection right here in Oregon. (THX would be Proud! 🙂

Not to mention a guy that lives and breaths this kind of stuff. Thing is, BOTH are VERY MGTOW minded and both have been divorced raped. Also, by the system as well to no surprise of anyone here.

Some my question why I bother posting all this here? Let me fill ya in.

I’m not in it for the Money. I’m not in it for the Fame. I love both, but neither are going to leave a mark on this world. As stated by so many others, a MAN should leave his mark in the world if he so chooses. I chose to do so by making the world a better safer place for not only my children, but for yours as well.

To often, these things get buried. Are way out of what someone can do or complete. I have the chance and I have been doing whatever I can to stop the culling and erasure of Western Civilization and the GOOD and Noble men that have through their forefathers gave their lives so we can have the FREEDOM to PROSPER and Justly so.

MGTOW has little to do with this. I still decree that MGTOW should stay FAR AWAY from ANY interaction that will expose them or put them in harms way. DO NOT BE A HERO. DO NOT THINK YOU CAN CHANGE THINGS. DO NOT GET INVOLVED.

The Trap they set is to lure you all in. It’s the reason why I delete you emails when I get them, and contact information to a place that is secure. I want to make sure no other men suffer as I have seen over the last 20 years. And I don’t want another John Ball or the COUNTLESS others that have ended their lives trying to change this through activism.

The only way you can vote is with your wallet. And your Sovereignty. Their system is corrupt, and there is no fixing it. So that is never going to be the answer.

Those that ask Money from others are also in error for their legal troubles. There is no amount of money that will fix the system that we have since it is made to drain you dry. All the while, creating a bigger problem then you started out with.

Take this as a lesson. Protect your rights. (that you don’t really have) and the laws that if applied, can help you seek some kind of Monetary compensation. It’s all they are willing to give you. If that…

I got very little to lose. And I have already lost as much as a man can. But you can learn how to protect yourself and others if you wish.

I highly say , all of you to study law. KNOW that this system that you live in requires it. Just as you know how to use your smart phone, the LAW is Everywhere! KNOWLEDGE is only POWERFUL if you know how to USE IT.
