Four months ago I joined MGTOW.com and have not regretted my decision one moment.
I have met numerous members who I consider friends and several more that serve as mentors.
I find that my personal journey continues, yet has already been enhanced by the forum threads, and the phone and Zoom video session conversations I have been part of.
I just went through drivethru for a snack and had an encounter which provided the realization that MGTOW is truly a part of my everyday life.
A woman was fixing a flat tire in the parking lot and a young boy was “helping” her by standing on the jack handle to raise the vehicle. All was being done in a safe manner I will add, else I would have stepped in and stopped it.
After getting my order I drive over to give the boy a toy, one of many I have available to distract or reward children for exhibiting good behavior. An old Civil Affairs trick I picked up that has proved very useful.
Seeing that the woman had the tools, knowledge and abilities available to change out the flat, I just complimented the boy on helping and asked if I could give him the toy because of his efforts. He graciously said thank you and shook my hand with a smile.
Did I offer to help change the flat? No. I most certainly would have in the past as that was how I was raised, help those who are in need of help. No questions asked, no rules of engagement.
The woman had the situation well in hand and did not need my help. She continued on her way just as I did mine.
Thank you MGTOW members current and past for your generous gift of knowledge and experience.
I sincerely look forward to reflecting upon my life in one year. I know it will be much richer and more rewarding because of my involvement here.
Again, Thank you Brothers.

Yeah many roll models here.
Mine is mgtower, what an asshole.
To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.
Check Carnage, but his heart is actually bigger than his offensive behavior! Just don’t be caught on his property after dark without an invitation. Yikes.

ECP, you would appreciate that the toy was a hollow box made of tin and had several metal pieces inside that was very annoying when rattled.
The little boy seemed to just love rattling it over and over.

Good on you Greg.
You made that boys day.And hopefully showed him that good behavior is rewarded and that men can do good things. Who knows however, it’s only about the act and not the long term consequences that matter.
Thanks Grue.

Welcome.
When I was young validation from a man that wasn’t dad meant the world to me.
He went home with his big boy pants on.If you had helped her it would have been benevolent sexism.
Great job buddy and we are better because you are here.
