My understanding, limited though it perhaps is, is that the Amazons were generally seen as pure bulls~~~ until social marxism took over our universities and decided they must have been real because inferiority complex.

Women are lighter, weaker, and not as smart as men. All-female brigades do poorly. I acknowledge that Amazons were supposedly archers, but . . . the removal-of-one-breast part of the story so as to be able to fire a bow strongly suggests that the whole story is nonsense, as actual women do not need to remove a breast to fire a bow accurately. Note that the Medusa and Minotaur also did not exist.

There have been females who fought as males throughout history. Not many, perhaps .1% of most field armies. They did not claim bonus privileges for being superduper women, but just decided they’d rather live as men and did so. Contemporary reports suggest they passed fairly well, and were usually only detected upon their deaths. I have zero problem with this, and good on them.

I think I would have been fairly rips~~~ with the changes in either group. The group of guys who suddenly had three useful members replaced with three chicks probably weren’t in an awesome position either, given the propensity of modern day not-men to white knight and mangina.

What a f~~~ing shame they didn’t let the experiment play out to its bitter end. Ah, can’t demonstrate what women are actually like.
