The number of workplace sexual harassment claims filed with the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has spiked in the year since the #MeToo movement took off.

Sexual harassment charges filed with the agency increased more than 12% in the year ending September 30, according to preliminary figures. The EEOC is in charge of enforcing civil rights laws in the workplace.

The agency said it filed 41 lawsuits that involved allegations of sexual harassment, a 50% increase from the previous year.

    https://www.nola.com/business/index.ssf/2018/10/sexual_harassment_claims_in_th.html

The agency said in a press release that they managed to recover nearly $70 million for the victims of sexual harassment through litigation and administrative enforcement this year up from $47.5 million the year before.

————————Pulled a few quotes out of two articles. Women do not seem to be able to figure out more claims only equals fewer and fewer jobs.
The 2nt is out of New Orleans, 70 million is a hell of a lot of business dollars lost to claims. Increasing the insurance rates for all business. 70 becomes 100 million in lost business dollars if not more. Rates always increase more then the amount paid out in claims.

California’s answer? Government imposed females on all corporate leadership boards, to “reduce sexual harrassment.”

"Once you’ve taken care of the basics, there’s very little in this world for which your life is worth deferring." -David Hansson. "It’s not when women are mean or nasty that anything is out of the ordinary. It’s when they are NICE to you that you have to be on high alert..." -Jackinov.

Thats just going to increase male harassment, sexual and otherwise.

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

Good watch it go up to 20% and climb the train is not slowing down anytime soon. Let more men learn by getting burnt if they refuse to learn from other men who have gone through sexual harassment or sexual assault accusations.

ALL MEN have a target on their back in the workplace.

LUCKILY, I was Ghosting at work LONG before this, and I continue to go upon MY DAY with as little involvement with woman in the workplace as possible.

Currently, the ONLY Woman that I “work with” part of the time is an Obese nearly 60 year ole hag, and she’s a lil too busy doing her on line shopping to even contemplate drumming up any false accusations because that would just get in the way of finding the next “sale”. LOL LOL LOL

In reality, ANY MAN CAN BE A TARGET IN THE WORKPLACE WITH WOMEN AROUND.

    Why not. FREE PAY DAY!

No one gets hurt. RIGHT??? RIGHT??

Until one f~~~er goes ballistic. Takes out the whole f~~~ing HR STAFF and f~~~ed over the whole company. Watches it BURN to the ground then invests in a competitor.

Well. I guess that’s how MEN should do METOO!

    Makes sense to me.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

It’s a dangerous world out there for us men, especially since we can’t help who we work with.
I struggle with this everyday. I’m naturally a loner, so it’s not difficult to keep to myself, but unfortunately, interactions with women is a daily occurrence and I keep them short as possible and as professional as possible so there is no room for error.

Yet, still I wonder for that one moment that I may get weak and succumb to someone’s flirtacious advances. With one accusation, our lives can be changed for ever.

I just learned of a colleague who had to resign over this “me too” nonsense. He was a very friendly and professional guy, one of the leaders of his department, so I’m floored that he was accused and was disbanded of. Apparently, a woman made accusations, he was given the choice of either resigning or getting fired and sued. He chose to resign and it was kept quiet.

It’s a f~~~ed up world where men now have to walk on egg shells. This is the world that feminists have created with the help of beta men. They wanted this hostile environment so to gain power over men. The best is to give them nothing at work to use against you. NOTHING

    God bless peace and freedom.

I knew this would happen. All women have seen the “METOO” movement.

…and they all thought “METOO.” Now every woman is jumping at the chance to have their 10 seconds of fame and GoFundMe account. They all think they are going to Millionaires and semi-famous.

They even have a How To Manual. DAMN. Watch out, this Witch Hunt is reaching Fever Pitch!!!

Same thing happened to a coworker of mine at my old job. He had worked for the company for 27 years, he was 65 and gettng ready to retire. After the accusation he was told the same thing either quit or be fired. Never found out who brought the accusation so we did not know which female was the cause of our “walking on eggshells.” Fine how do ya do, you work for almost 30 years expect a small retirement party, and maybe some cake, instead it’s get out.

Probably banned from working at that company for life. After all no one wants to hire someone who could cause the company a lawsuit.

The best is to give them nothing at work to use against you. NOTHING

You don’t get it. It doesn’t matter what you give them, if women FEEL like you did something real, or not you are guilty. There is no trial, no due process, bang you are out. It’s just a question of time.

There are no good women only degrees of bad.

Another reason to never hire female employees. They are liabilities.

Which is why Cuckafornia is trying to get female ceos everywhere so the men currently in charge can’t just fire all the females because of their lies.

If there is any men who own their own companies reading this, fire your female employees now.

Or at the very least, seperate females from men at the work place.

yeah, I do get it. I know they can make false accusations regardless.

Doesn’t mean what I said is wrong. Give them nothing.

    God bless peace and freedom.

Now I am not saying that some c~~~ didn’t do this but I am looking at it from a different perspective.
After reading that it made me realize that companies can get out of paying someone their pension simply by inventing a sexual harassment claim. Since the accuser is kept anonymous, there is no way a person can verify whether the claim exists or not and somewhere within that company there is a 27 year pension just sitting there ripe for the picking. I know it sounds like a conspiracy but these days anything is possible. Either way, there is a war going on out there against men.

Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.

Where I work, we have a few ladies who are always fighting amongst themselves. They are loud and disruptive. All of them have gone to HR to complain that “they don’t feel comfortable”. HR has told them they don’t have to do their job if they don’t feel comfortable. Now all of the males have to walk all over the building to get reports.
A woman doesn’t even have to file a sexual harassment claim. She can simply go to HR and claim that she doesn’t feel comfortable. If she doesn’t feel comfortable because of a man, then the man is fired immediately. If she doesn’t feel comfortable because of another woman, the no work is done.
    Women are ridiculous.

We hear a lot about ‘ethical investment’ – a measure designed to exert pressure on companies. Older members may remember the ‘Boycott South Africa’ campaign.

Any firm that screws men over like this – buy shares in them or their competitors. Cause trouble, let them know why that is happening.

Here in the UK, it is now common practice for management to invent some sort of disciplinary action against an employee that they want to get rid of.

Usually it is because they want to downsize and the employee concerned would normally be entitled to a substantial redundancy payout, which they won’t get if they are fired for misconduct.

The bank I formerly worked for had a project manager fired on the basis he made a female colleague feel uncomfortable.

What actually happened was he slept with her after a work night out and then spurned her further advances for a relationship.

As a contractor he was gone the following week.

I’ve seen a male colleague fired for drinking on the job after his Mrs ditched him and left him for dust.

The official line given was “personal problems that interferred with work”

He was a bit of a bell end but nobody likes to see that happen.

Often the simplest solution is the best. Don’t hire women. Problem solved.

    It’s worked well for me.

California’s answer? Government imposed females on all corporate leadership boards, to “reduce sexual harrassment.”

Employer’s answer? Tell California to go f~~~ itself. It’s cheaper in Texas anyways.
