Wow guys thanks for posting this stuff I am really learning something new here that I can use to help myself and others who may come across this situation. Playing music helps me a lot while I do my work outs as well.
Yeah, many good suggestions so far! Much appreciated.
I personally hate working out, but I know getting their is the hardest part. I treat working out like building a house and know everyone work out is laying foundations for a better lifestyle. You’ll feel better, look better, have more energy, less fat better concentration, better confidence.
I’ve also never been big on cardio and tend to run no more than 10 minutes. Sprints are better than longterm endurance. I spend 90% of my gym time lifting weights.
Bro I’m in my mid 40’s and forget about big muscles. Keep the heart strong and the diet tight. Do some weights to keep firm but cardio is more important at this stage of life. Cheers.
Peace is > piece.
