    Fantastic. The specialist though doesn’t understand the overall picture. He needs to understand he does not fit in and he’s dealing with idiots. He should say yes I can, I’m an expert, but it will be expensive and time consuming. Then find another way of making money and remove himself from the idiocy.

    I had one boss who’d give you a task that he knew couldn’t be done without breaking the rules. Your only two options would be not accomplishing the task or breaking a rule to get it done.

    The end result, either way, would be me getting s~~~ upon. S~~~ting on people was the only way the boss could validate his position…
