Welp today today I went to a Staffing Agency to see about a new job. Currently I am employed which makes it the best time to look for work.

In a nut shell I am sick and tired being around c~~~s.

I know the type of job I am looking for will pay significantly less but eh, so what. I am debt free, dependent free and live a modest life.

I have had jobs with lots of females and jobs without females. The ones without were ALMOST always less stressful.

How much of a pay-cut (in general no real numbers) would you take to be c~~~ free? For me it is going to be about 1/2

How ever much is necessary while still being able to remain fed and debt free.

I have a job that pays s~~~ and has no real room for improvement. I havnt received a raise in the 7 years ive been with them.

But I work ALONE all day every day, and while my immediate supervisor is a female that doesn’t like me, she lives 2 states away and I never have to see her and only speak to her about once a week.

Plus I get a new boss every 4-6 months.

You want to make me angry? I will take a bite out of that anger and shit out success.

Apparently the place I went has several offices each of them independently owned.

I no sooner got home and emailed the place my resume and created this thread that someone from another office wants to interview me for the same type of work I do know.

I got taken to hospital with a resting heart rate of 155bpm sat down when I was just 35.

I worked with a guy once who used so much sniff to get through his high pressure sales job that he know has to have emergency syringe with him because he now has two blood vessel in his head that expand and can kill him.

Working with women sucks ass! You always end up doing their job for them in order to accomplish your own.

For instance, we have this stupid black bitch in my office who is supposed to be keeping a log of and track about 50 technical documents that once a year go through a periodic review and comment cycle. Afterwards an approval letter is written by our contracting officer. She doesn’t even draft the letter or have to review or comment, just keep track of when the review is due and when the comments are supposed to go out That’s it… that’s her whole f~~~ing job and for that she gets paid about $90K a year. Why??? Because she is a black female.

Well last year she found a blue pill chad to marry her and they got engaged. Of course she brings two out-of-wed-lock daughters with her into the marriage. I discover last week that she hasn’t been doing her job at all for the past 6 months. So the 12 software documents that I am responsible for reviewing and commenting on are now months past due. What does she do? She leaves town for 2 weeks to go on her honeymoon.

I now have to go back and figure out when all this was supposed to happen, make apologies to various people, reconstruct the timeline and then attempt to compress 12 weeks of work into 10 days. No…. no overtime pay is allowed on the contract, but I am expected to make this all happen in addition to my regular engineering duties.

I f~~~ing hate this s~~~! I can’t wait to retire… June or September 2018 at the latest.

I can’t and don’t work with any women! I’ve tried, they’re just too damn fickle and self centered! They don’t make me any money, just CO$T! Seriously! I don’t bother with them anymore on any level!

I work with a lot of women. I am extremely courteous, distant, and cultivate an atmosphere of dullness. They leave me alone in droves. It worked for me, YMMV.

I don't hate women. I just feel better when they're not around.

I’m an engineer. I work with 99% males and it functions like a Swiss watch. We all stay silent, ghost, to the latest HR/OPD bulls~~~.

Human Resources caught wind that we were onto thier bulls~~~, so they changed the name to distract our recognition of the lack of humanity in Human Resources. Now, they are operation and personal development.
